I would highly recommend this academy to anyone looking to gain practical skills and knowledge. The course was well structured, informative and got straight into the detailed training, focusing on what you actually need to know and use.

A special mention to Nisha for the excellent way she delivered the course. She explained everything clearly, kept everyone engaged and created a relaxed, supportive environment where people felt comfortable asking questions. Her knowledge, professionalism and enthusiasm really stood out.

Overall, a fantastic experience and one I would happily recommend to anyone considering training with this academy.

What a wonderful 7-day study tour in Poland! The fresh countryside accommodation, beautiful town visits, and enjoyable learning sessions were all beyond my expectations. Everything was so well organized. A big thank you to the organizers for all their hard work. It was absolutely worth it, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

I would like to thank the team for selecting me to take part in the Taith Poland Project. It was a truly rewarding and memorable experience.

The accommodation was rustic and provided everything we needed. The large communal kitchen was a fantastic space where everyone could cook, eat, socialise, and enjoy each other’s company. The table tennis table, basketball hoops, and outdoor gym also gave us great opportunities to take part in team activities outside of the course.

The educational trips to local villages were a real highlight. They provided valuable insight into Poland’s culture, history, food, and way of life, helping us gain a deeper understanding of the country and its people.

I was particularly impressed by how professionally the programme was delivered. The team carefully adapted the activities to suit the abilities and experience of all participants, ensuring that everyone felt included, supported, and able to contribute.

Having taken a gap year, this project was exactly what I needed to help me prepare for returning to work. It gave me the opportunity to meet people from different backgrounds, develop my communication, teamwork, and leadership skills, and most importantly, rebuild my confidence and learn about myself.

I have had an amazing experience and made some wonderful friends along the way. A heartfelt thank you to Mike, Aisha, Harri, and B Mike for your support, encouragement, and dedication. I would highly recommend this programme to anyone looking to grow personally and build new skills, and confidence.

I recently participated in a leadership program organized by CCW-Training Academy in Poland, and it was a truly enriching and inspiring experience.
The program offered valuable insights into leadership, teamwork, communication, and personal development. This training has benefited me, acting as positive reinforcement. Showing me that I can deliver training effectively. It has given me additional tools and a more diverse understanding of how to best employ specific training strategies, as well as a complete structure to work within and to build upon.

Just completed a 2 day train the trainer course , the environment , atmosphere and pace of the course was excellent. I found Mike and nisha was very knowledgeable and passionate about the subject . All in all a very enjoyable course .

I was one of the people chosen to go and spend 2 weeks in Poland doing CCW courses as part of the Taith Project, I’m very happy I joined learning and improving on skills to find work which I will definitely use in the future. Thank you to everybody for sharing Their knowledge and the amazing atmosphere throughout the project.

The experience over the 2 weeks in Poland was wonderful. The staff conducted the trip and lessons very professionally, made the trip exciting and also gave us a great amount of independence to build confidence within a foreign country. I am grateful for the lovely experience and people I met.

Harri & Mike have been brilliant with me since starting the course, they are always on hand to help with the course content. I had forgotten some of the information previously whilst writing an assignment, they were quickly on hand via zoom to take me back through prior learning. I then went on to pass the course first time.

Just completed my 2 day Train the Trainer course with the tutor Mike Tan. An absolute incredibly knowledgeable person who shared all of his years of experience and wisdom. I left this course feeling so much more confident about delivering training in the future, a really insightful course. Thank you for installing the confidence in me to go forward with my work and my career. Really really recommend!

I recently completed both both Autocad beginner and intermediate courses at CCW. The courses were incredibly well run and the instructor ACE was knowledgeable and patient. I would highly recommend CCW and hope to return in the future.

I completed my ILM Level 5 and Level 7 qualifications with CCW Training Academy, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. Mike Tan, the owner of CCW, was incredibly supportive throughout the process, whether it was through calls, emails, or Zoom video sessions.

The tutors provided an excellent blend of listening, speaking, and whiteboard learning activities, all within a safe and encouraging environment. As someone with dyslexia, I initially struggled with my coursework and doubted I could complete it. However, the tutors were exceptionally understanding and supportive. Their guidance, encouragement, and motivation were pivotal in helping me achieve my goals.

Attended two days of ILM Level 3 courses here, and Richard the tutor was great - friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. Lloyd and Harri arranged everything smoothly and were brilliant with their swift replies. Recommended.

I have sat several exams here I completed one course and am half way through another. All the staff are very welcoming and make you feel at ease. I find it to be a very comfortable environment to sit my AAT exams, highly recommended and would not go anywhere else now.

The tutors are full of experience and knowledge which was very beneficial. Everyone there is friendly and supportive and the course covers some great areas that have helped me to improve in my role. Highly recommend.

I'm Snasloy, recently been on the 2 week Leadership & Management program in Lille, France. I can confirm that it is a very good and educative program. It's effective in the work field as well as into our day-to-day lives and has helped me learn more about myself. 100/10 would recommend. Mr. Mike and his training staff know what they are doing and are very professional. Looking forward to apply for the next one!

What an experience, I completely loved the trip to France I've genuinely grown so much as a person, I've learned so many ways to deal with stress and clear my mind not to mention that the classes felt like a genuine discussion, not a lecture everyone got involved and learned so much regarding the topics and the tutors were so intelligent and understanding a perfect trip for anyone who wants to change their life and become a better person.

Unbelievable experience, Great people & Tutors highly recommend for anyone trying to gain valuable experience in another country whilst also having the course tailored to personal growth!
