Amazing course, really well executed. The trainer (Ace) was very knowledgeable about AutoCAD; he was really good at explaining and talking through the various tasks. Would definitely recommend CCW Training for undertaking training.

This is Iris Huang. I joined the Taith-COAL project held by CCW Wales and Instep Lille. The training was so inspirational, and it made me appreciate the importance of leadership and communication even more. Thank you, Mike, Tony, Brian, and Paul, for unconditionally sharing your experience and wisdom. I also want to express my gratitude to the CCW team, Lloyd and Harri, for their extremely supportive and helpful presence throughout this beautiful learning experience. The learning wasn't just limited to the classroom but extended outside in the container of the two-week cultural exchange program designed by CCW. I highly recommend it.

Excellent programme with really useful instructors, learnt a lot more than I expected. The experience and journey they take you on whilst helping you understand how to better yourself in the real world and workplace is invaluable.

I have just returned from a two week programme led by CCW training academy and wow, what a fantastic experience it has been. Mike and his team of trainers are a welcoming, approachable, inspirational group of people, who are extremely professional while delivering their lessons, with fantastic, relatable experiences, and a little humour.added too! The actual COAL project was an unforgettable experience, with a lovely bunch of people from all walks of life, who were also full of inspiring stories which made the trip such a success - making memories and friends I will always hold dear! If you ever get the opportunity to complete this trip or the ILM level 2 course, I would HIGHLY recommend it, I have previously worked in education for over 15 years and during that time I have completed a number of different training and motivational seminars/courses, but none of them compare to the style of teaching received during this course...it quite simply has and will continue to change my mindset and life - Thank you SO much to Mike Tan and his absolutely fantastic team, both here and in Lille...I will be forever grateful for the experience and opportunity you have given to me! I had the incredible opportunity to take the ILM 2 course with TAITH COALproject -CCW in Lille, France. It was truly a remarkable experience to attend this course in a different country. I learned and engaged with the French culture. The trainers were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly wise and humorous, making the two weeks of learning an absolute delight. This course not only expanded my perspective but also significantly enhanced my personal and professional skills. I'm immensely grateful to Mike and his team at CCW for their outstanding guidance and support throughout the program. Additionally, the teammates in my group were amazing, adding even more beauty to this enriching project. Highly recommended!

I completed the ILM2 as part of the French exchange program. I had the best two weeks! The leaders were amazing and I learnt so much from them not only about the course but about life experiences too. Had the opportunity to immerse myself in the French culture and to bond with the diverse group of people on the course. Very grateful to have had this opportunity and I look forward to now writing my assignment!

Communication was very quick and friendly from start to completion, all the staff were knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. There were a range of trainers and information delivered throughout the training days - all trainers were extremely experienced. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, big thanks to Mike and his team!

I took the 2 week course level level 2 in Cardiff, it was an eye-opener.

The company has in mind to manage a team you have to know yourself, and it is important to see management as a skill and not a promotion. And CCW totally got that, and helps you throughout the journey, with practical exercices, with practical debrief.

It is truly an intense experience, professionally and emotionally, but you'll come back with a better knowledge, a better understanding of people's emotions and how to promote yourself.

The engaging CCW courses provided a well-thought-out training platform that really gave me a good understanding of how to develop my awareness and practical skills. The designed class sizes achieved the beneficial aspect of forging good relationships with participating trainees and creating WhatsApp group connections. The Trainers proved to be very knowledgeable of their field, and in addition, the accommodating support has proved to be invaluable. The anticipated gains in knowledge and skills have been delivered, plus more. Thank you, Harri, Lloyd, Mel, Ace, Mel, Mike, and the participants, for the support, learning, and laughter.

Great experience from start to finish. The centre is in a convenient city centre location, very easy to get to. The joining process and admin by Harri was very smooth and professional. The trainers Mel and Mike were very knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about their teaching. The environment allowed for great one to one teaching which enabled questions to be asked and answers given to aid understanding. An overall great experience!

The programme was magnificent, I think nobody expected it to be so productive.

The Team made the experience so satisfying and the learning extremely understanding. They were caring, professional & very generous.

I really enjoyed My two weeks training ILM n°2 and the train the trainer programme .It was verry knowledgeable the team was amazing , very professionnal .I would highly recommand this training .

I've spent two wonderful weeks in CCW office attending the two ILM certifications : Leading your Work Team & Train the Trainer.

I would like to thank all the staff and professors for their kindness, hospitality and professionalism.

The courses were very useful and relevants. They gave me the tools to improve my skills in Leadership and Team Management, but this is not the only things I've learned.

Thanks to these people, my toolbox is full of strong soft skills, positivity, good energy and cleverness to make right decisions.

Mike and his team are amazing to say the least; not just exceptional trainers, but exceptional human beings who have the capacity to relate on a human level. At CCW, you're a human, not a number. With ILM 2 + Train the Trainer programs, I finally have the tools to further my career, develop leadership skills and expand on vocational skills that I didn't know I had before. I plan to further my ILM qualifications at this centre in the near future. In a world where you're a number, the staff at CCW will embrace individualism along with the acquired attention to evolve in a fast-paced work environment required by today's standards. Great course and content, and friendly, professional and informative tutors

My experience with CCW I began as a volunteer. I've met wonderful tutors and have settled in nicely. I believe that without my internship with this company, I would not be where I am now, and I feel extremely grateful.
