CCW-Training Academy Reviews 

I have worked with CCW, Mike and his team since 2016. We have excellent collaboration for Volunteers moilities and Organizational innovative projects. Especially, CCW and it's acitivities are benefit to improve for Volunteers skills. Volunteers partcipated as a volunteer funded by Turkish National Agency and European Union projects. Mike and his team are so successful for preparation-integration- adaptation-implementation-dissemination period during project and after project reporting. CCW is safety, reliable and foreseeing the future,strategic and visionary partner. So, we created Erasmus+, European Solidarity Corps, Strategic Partnership, IPA projects together for better innovative projects. Globally you can do with CCW!

I have worked volunteerly at CCW as an intern for Erasmus + project. During the time I have been there Mike and CCW's crew thought me lot. They were all warm and kind people. Especially Mike and also the crew have never exclude me and have not approached me as an intern, they simply treat me like I was one of the member from their family. Mike spared us his time regularly so as to be mentor. He developed our basic skills not only for vocational stuff such as time management, crisis management, risk assessment so on so forth but also social skills. CCW allowed me to undertake responsibility and learn from my mistakes. Mike even host us at his house and threw a party for his interns.

In a nutshell, at the time being as a student from Eskisehir/Turkey I have spent quite well time at CCW. I strongly recommend CCW to learn basic and advanced competencies from the best like Mike, Glen, and other trainers.

I have been working as an associate in partnership with Mike and the Career Change Wales team for three years now, assisting them primarily in the delivery of leadership and management training and also playing key roles in supporting Erasmus funded European projects related particularly to leadership and wellbeing. Mike and the team are a delight to work with. They combine professionalism and extremely high standards of delivery and service with the relaxed, informal and friendly atmosphere in which all can feel supported, encouraged and at ease with their learning and/or their roles and responsibilities. I feel very fortunate to be a part of CCW's work and long may it continue!

I did an internship there during my second year in university. Looking back, I can tell I was very fortunate to have the chance to work there so early in my career. It has taught me a great deal about the professional world and helped me to develop my soft skills. I had been given opportunities to attend training courses while working there and Mike would kindly take time to mentor us and share his knowledge, skills and expertise. I would definitely recommend doing an internship there, if given the opportunity. I really enjoyed my time at CCW and made friends for life.

I done my ECDL in the past with this professional team I never thought was so friendly and patience environment learnt from. Absolutely gain my 5 stars.
