Scott Brothers Butchers is a traditional family butchers, established in 1935 by the grandfather of the current partners, George and Scott Jarron. We pride ourselves on providing locally sourced, traditionally matured and great-tasting meat to our customers through our shops in Dundee and Broughty Ferry and across the country as online butchers. Our Strathmartine Road shop and premises in Dundee have been busy serving local customers since 1981. In our kitchens here we make all our pies, puddings and ready-made meals in-house, using locally sourced ingredients. And our trained butchers ensure our full range of meat is at its best for our customers and are only too happy to chat through meal options or swop recipe ideas with customers.

Great tasting Scotch pies and Macaroni…
Great tasting Scotch pies and Macaroni Cheese pies delivered from Dundee to Cheshire. All pies intact and straight into the freezer (we cook from frozen with no probs). Have ordered before and will order again. Faultless service and delicious food.

All round excellence
As a birthday surprise for our son we wanted genuine Scottish macaroni cheese pies. Ordering and selecting from Scott Bros was quick and easy, loved the fact that I could order in advance for a specific delivery date. They arrived extremely well packaged and in perfect condition. The mac pies were excellent, just like we had on holiday. Have yet to try the steak ones we ordered as they're in the freezer. Will definitely look to use Scott Bros again as well worth it.

Fantastic quality and good value and service
As a fairly regular customer of Sott Brothers I am yet again totally impressed with the quality and service. We had some visitors from Spain coming and wanted to impress them with a good quality traditional roast beef dinner. I ordered the rolled silverside joint on their website and it was stunning. I cooked it slower than normal in my combination steam oven and it was probably the best roast beef I have ever cooked. I took the opportunity to stock up on their amazing haggis and black pudding for Christmas to reach the limit for free packaging. I regularly buy their diced venison for venison casserole which is also stunning. Very dissapointing that I cannot get meat anywhere near this quality locally but at least I can get it by post from Scott Brothers.

Bought lamb shoulder rolled and made a curry for a family dinner. Cooked in the slow cooker the lamb was so tender and tasteful, fed 8 adults and leftovers for 2 the next day. Thank you Scott Brothers
