Managed a recent property sale very well. Professional staff who negotiated and communicated at every stage. Listened to the needs of both the seller and the buyer and worked hard to ensure that the sale completed. Would recommend.

Racist and money taker
Paid for half a year's rent in their office together with a property manager to get the keys and was emailed one month later the rent never arrived. Calls and visiting the office in person never resolved the issue.
What's even more funny is that if you have foreign names, they will never remember. The emails meant for me was always directed to my other flatmates.
Make sure to document every conversations and all the communications you have in paper, just in case you take your money and pretend that they didn't.

A difficult lease related sale. Got there in the end.…
A difficult lease related sale not enough lease left for mortgage) and we live 80 miles away from the property.
However, the sale eventually went through so all's well that ends well.

scottfraser have been managing my let property for a little over 3 years, since I switched from Leaders. I was a little aprehensive to learn that Leaders had taken over scottfraser around a year ago but the original letting management team remains and my property manager Joanna Channon continues to provide an excellent service. She is professional, efficient and handles any issues tactfully and promptly.
