My experience with Scottfraser was flawless throughout. We were particularly happy with Boris who was very professional and friendly. He was very knowledgable about the property we were viewing and kept us updated throughout the entire process (even outisde of his working hours!).

Very quick response to my application and they kept me upto date with every step of the process- making our house moving simple and smooth. Special mention to Boris and Filipe for their outstanding service. They were polite, positive ,courteous and very responsive given the busy environment they work in.

Terrible experience. I rented with them last year. Although they were swift in the matter of changing mattress, they were absolutely useless otherwise. For instance, as someone with pest phobia, I contacted them after seeing pest and they never did anything about it. But the worst part happened after the end of tenancy - I haven't yet got my deposit back after more than two months, only because they fail to do the negotiations with the landlord. Also, they want to deduct 150 pounds from my deposit for cleaning even though I had the flat professionally cleaned and the quote for cleaning the flat everywhere was less than 150 pounds! It's just stealing at this point. Terrible terrible experience. I'm a student who really needs that deposit and I know I won't have it back for at least another two months. AVOID!

The amount of issues I have encountered with Scott Fraser in the past year is ridiculous! Right from the very first day I was overcharged and spent a whole afternoon sorting out their mistake. It then took three months to receive actual clear answers about our landlord and bills after only every receiving one or two cryptic details. Little to no communication at all - I think the last time someone actually picked up one of my calls was 6 months ago. No idea who the current landlord even is! Multiple problems with the boiler, the shower, fridge that were either neglected for weeks or still haven't been resovled. To top it off, I've been living with a mouse infestation for 4 months now with no action taken, they're in the kitchen, the living room and upstairs by the bedrooms. And now the estate agents are telling me the rent is being raised! Don't go anywhere near Scott Fraser if you want to live not just stress-free but in basic humane conditions!

Our agent Sol was absolutely impeccable during the check-out process. The deposit was returned smoothly and he was always helpful answering our queries and managing things professionally.
