Sticker not thick enough and not sticking well
Sticker difficult to apply. Very thin and flexible. Not sticking well. Ease to remove...and will fall off soon

Great customer service
Great customer service. Ordered at lunchtime on one day and delivered the following day. Brilliant.
The item is pricy, but it works amazingly and looks like it should be there from new.
No issues and works perfectly.
I would recommend getting from SCP rather than another supplier, which will be cheaper, but doesn’t look as good quality and they give you such great customer service and instructions to install.

Bumper Decal..Fiddly.
I ordered the JCW lower bumper decal,with cutout,it's a bit fiddly to apply,i ruined it..so have taken it back off,may have to order another at some point & try again..unless you fancy sending me another out?...

Customer service is fantastic. Brad was very responsive and patiently answered all of my questions and reassured me that the unit I wanted to purchase was compatible with the head unit in my car. The unit itself was easy to install and works amazingly.

Poor Products Quality, Received one item broken and all other items will be broken if used and replaced with original mirrors since the quality is too bad, I guess the smallest rock hits the mirror might break it.

FedEx lost the package, but SCP Auto helped.
FedEx lost the package, and required SCP Automotive to file a claim with them in order for me to receive a refund. SCP Automotive did their part to help me when I reached out to them, but it did take a while to get a response/update. Since the part is purely cosmetic, I was okay with waiting.

Product quality and express shipping
The product BMW G-Series Carbon Fiber Steering Wheel Replacement Trim is not like the one shown in the ad, it does not have the supports for the button panel cable and the quality is low (from aliexpress but more expensive). I'm disappointed.
I paid for the express shipping and it took me 15 days to arrive the product.

Delivery times at the checkout are provided as an estimate, although we were able to dispatch your shipment within 24 hours of your order being placed, the shipment was delayed due to a non-payment of import fees which are liable to be paid by the customer. Since this was unpaid by yourself the package was consequently delayed by a couple of days.
