Good communication and came when arranged. Try to tell me it did have the original catalyst converter on the car. Luckily I read the kadt review. Said not to waste my time and started to walk away. Paid me what I was quoted. And did the paperwork fir me.

Really bad experience and overall, AVOID and don't fall for it, just because they are INITIALLY offering a couple pounds more than others.
Arranged pick up for a certain day between 9 and 11 and the driver never showed up or rang me. Messaged them at lunch and got the answer to be told imminently, as he's gonna ring the driver straight away. Come 4 pm still haven't heard anything. At 4.30 some woman rang me to rearrange for the next day first thing in the morning, not even asking me if I was able to do that and no apology either for their total lack of communication. When I mentioned it she was pissed off!
Rearranged for another day where I was able to wfh, sent them a text in the morning, asked if they were still coming and what time please, yes between 9 and 11. Driver never rang me to give me a warning (as previously promised several times, as I have work to do, believe it or not!) and then because I was a single young woman by myself he took the price down from 255 GBP to 170 GBP because apparently my cat converter is not original! How would I know or proof that?? It's a 19 year old car that I had for 2 years... So the driver guilt trapped me into agreeing to that ridiculous price by saying he's not coming one and a half hours drive for me to say maybe!!
Overall a very bad experience with (for me) a serious affect in terms of money. To top it all off, their website clearly states in the FAQs clearly state that they will take care of all the paperwork - just to be told by the driver that I will have to do it myself! Sat down to enter the details on the GOV website, finding that the company on my yellow slip does not exist on Google. Fantastic. I feel confused and taken advantage of. Never ever again.
