I ordered the "Perfect date" challenge. I ordered it in French. But I received a wrong poster in Lituanian with kind of "healthy habits" challenge.
I sent an email three days ago to ask them to send me the right one, and I still have no answer .. I Hope it's not a scam and that someone will reply to my e-mail.

The products are great and very usefull for a first trip

The product is really good. The only downside was the shipment. I paid extra for it to be quicker and it took the same time as If I hadn't paid.
However I am really happy with how the product turned out.

I purchased product from this website on 19/12/2022; today is 07/01/2023 and I haven’t received anything yet. It is a scam.

I bought the European city cards. It’s a great idea for short breaks. Helps plan the significant sites and includes a map. I did buy them just before Christmas and due to postal strike they were delayed, prepared for this. Worth the wait. Good quality.

I ordered at December 8th and received my order today, January 3rd. Shipping was awful and no one contacted me regarding any delay. Did not enjoyed my experience

original and perfect gift for travellers. can't wait to go on our next trip and scratch all the must-see places

Fast service without any problems or complains

Update: The communication with the supplier was outstanding. They worked out what had happened and sent a new order straight away which came within a week. The scratch map and scratch postcards are fantastic. I cannot fault the product or suppliers at all and take back any worries I had previously. It's always scary ordering from a new sight but I can confirm that it is NOT a scam and I am so glad that I purchased the product. My mother in law loved the idea and we are now ordering another one for when she retires as that is what she requested.

When I first ordered from the site on 27th November, customer service replied so quickly about how long it might take. I have been very patient with the delivery and haven't minded at all. However, the tracking says that it has been delivered successfully but I have had no delivery. There are no photos to show where it has been delivered or to prove delivery has taken place. I am now worried I have been part of a scam.

Update: it took 2 weeks to ship to Slovakia, I had to go to the post office to pick it up. Customer service was nice and helpful. Cards look nice and good quality. Afterall, if you order to Slovakia count with the shipping time being a bit longer.


It's been a week and I have no information about my order and I've already paid for it. The tracking link doesn't show anything. I wrote to customer service twice, no answer. I really hope that there is no issue and I will have my order in the upcoming week, because I really love these these cards and poster.

After an issue with delivery my order arrived and I love it. Customer service was great to deal with too definitely be ordering again
