SCAM!!

After 3 weeks I have received my iPad back without repair. Homepage says they have stopped processing orders and that we should reclaim money back through the credit card agency. I have not received any refund.

Screen Feckers more like

I have just paid for 2 ipad repairs and screen protectors at £250.94 for 2 of my foster children. Got the ipads back - unrepaired but no sign of any refund. Now it appears they have ceased trading.
Happy fecking Christmas you cowboys!

Rubbish!

Just got my ipad back returned not fixed. So now I am £60 out of pocket (+ the delivery costs) with an ipad yet to be mended! Hopefully the money will be refunded but what a waste of time. Just relieved I got the ipad back at all. Do not use this rubbish company!

Seems that I’ve been scammed

Seems that I’ve been scammed ! Sent my ipad wth a broken screen which they received 5/12. No contact by 13/12 so I emailed and had a reply saying sorry for the delay . I then emailed again on 20/12 to find out where my IPad is to revived the standard email saying all items have now been returned ..... I have not had my iPad . I will now be taking this further as this is theft so the Police will be involved!

Started off very badly and got worse.

Started off very badly, no reply to emails or phone calls so had no choice but to leave bad review. On leaving the bad review within one minute I received a call from Screen Fixers. They said they were very busy, that is no excuse for abysmal customer service. I agreed to remove the review if they fix it. A few days later I receive an email saying they are returning the iPad, of course I assumed it was fixed. I was wrong, no diagnosis, no fix. The company has now ceased repairs. This company has to be a scam. If they pop up in the future do not have dealings with these cowboys.

Updated Review. Bad to Worse...

I took my first review down at Screen Fixers request but due to them now appearing to be ceasing trading I may as well repost.

I was offered to fix the home button under warranty but never received the prepaid return pack.

Obviously a 2 bit operation and now thrown in the towel. Disgraceful customer service.

My original review:

Lengthy repair and it came back in a worse state.

I sent my iPad in for repair and despite being quoted 5-7 working days it was with them 4 weeks. A problem with the home button was cited as the reason for the delay but it went in with a broken screen.

When it eventually came back, the touch ID did not work and then after a week or so, the front of the home button fell off. Despite emailing the customer service team - no response to date.

Very disappointing - avoid.

Update on Beware Screenfixers

Just to update previous review. I was extremely worried that Screenfixers wee going to use data on on the iPad I had sent and contacted the police.
I informed Screenfixers I had raised disputes with PayPal and contacted the police and suddenly the iPad was “fixed” and on its way back to me.
Surprise surprise the iPad was returned with no repairs completed!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM

Looks like they have gone under to me

Looks like they have gone under to me. Just checked online and Royal Mail website says the recipient has refused to accept the package. Website down. Obviously the problems they were experiencing didn't stop them taking my payment. Hopefully the Royal Mail will return the iphone without a problem!

What an absolute waste of time

What an absolute waste of time. Used this company back in August and they were amazing. This time, waste of time and money. Phone returned after a week unfixed. Will have to wait awhile for PayPal refund and paid for postage. What a fall from grace.

NOT IMPRESSED. Experienced the same as previous review - received phone back today with no repairs and went online to find the message about the company not able to carry out repairs and to obtain a refund from card provider - this is just not acceptable. The company should be giving refunds - I assume this means the company has gone out of business, but it isn't good enough to leave customers without refunds. I'm not sure my card provider will be able to issue a refund, so not happy as £70 out of pocket. I was trying to save money by using an online company and all the reviews were excellent, so I thought my money and phone were in safe hands. At least, I have my phone back, that's the only consolation.

Just received my apple watch back after…

Just received my apple watch back after despatching on 5th December, no screen repairs carried out and no explanation as to why! Went onto their website and service update has been posted saying that they are unable to carry out any repairs and to contact card provider & request a refund - am currently £199.99 plus £3 postage down! As you can imagine very disappointing - only wish I had read the reviews before I trusted them with my watch.

Horrendous experience with this…

Horrendous experience with this company. They have returned my phone without fixing it after trying to get me to pay more money once they had received it. Im just surprised i got it back to be honest having read the other reviews on here. I'll now be trying to get my refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Don't fall for the price.

Everything seemed fine at first, I had sent my phone off and they received it on the 5th of December, it had taken them almost 2 weeks to even repair it, let alone another couple days to quality test it, and I only just received it (20th December) after ignoring my emails. It arrived in a dirty condition, the screen is horrible, it is unresponsive and discolored, it also feels like its popping out of the shell. Would've rather had a broken phone than what they've done with it. Extremely annoyed and disappointed, this was of a huge inconvenience to me.

Waste of time. Limited & poor communication - £29 down for nothing.

I placed my order online requesting a postal bag to be sent which was part of the process. It never turned up so I wrote to them with all my details including the order number. They wrote back asking for the order number I had already provided. I sent it again but no bag arrived.

I then posted the phone to them with my own bag and postage. They kept the phone for > 10 days. I tried to call them and email them to find out what was going on but nobody answers the phone and nobody replies to emails. I just received the phone back in the same condition as when I sent it, i.e. broken screen and I am now £29.00 down. Given they don't respond to any correspondence I expect I will have to go through my credit card company to recover my money.
