very easy to order from. the website directs you to exactly what you need, providing you put the correct info into the search lol, i didnt and ordered the incorrect screen but the returns and re-order process was straight forward too.

Ordered 2 replacement LCDs for Dell 13 7359 and realised I ordered the wrong ones. The screens arrived quickly and extremely well packaged. Sending them back was easy and money was refunded within 2 days. Overall great customer service. Just waiting for the right screens to be back in stock.

Awesome service, quick delivery screen was a perfect match. Easy to fit with easy to follow instructions courtesy of YouTube which if you upload your own how-to-video you will qualify for a partial refund. Would definately 100% recommend. I think about all the laptops I've got rid of in the past due to damage screens... could have saved myself a lot of money !

A little dubious about ordering from this company as prices were a lot lower than others.
My doubts are now all gone, screen is excellent, delivery was spot on and price the best.

What can I say? I took a chance on this company and was deeply impressed by their professionalism and customer service. They were able to deliver my LED screen to the EU, during the holiday season, and it arrived earlier than expected using a top-notch courier. They were able to tell me exactly which screen to buy, made my purchase very easy to complete, and the replacement works loads better than the original. Replacement tutorials were very straightforward. They've made several people very happy this season. I am very happy to have done business with this company and I'll make sure to order exclusively through them for future screen purchases.

Actually gobsmacked at the service provided after nearly always being let down when shopping online. I phoned the office to speak to somebody to make sure that I was definitely ordering the correct part, and to confirm that they really did have it in stock. I spoke to an American who was extremely helpful. My replacement screen arrived around 18 hours after ordering, was well packaged, and exactly the correct screen for my laptop. Other than these guys popping round my house to make me a cup of tea whilst I fit the screen, I don't know what they could do better. Highly recommend.

I bought a screen after my daughter damaged it for a cheap laptop. The company that I bought it from was going to charge over £110 for parts and labour. I bought the screen from screens uk and did the repair myself saving £70 and the screen was better quality than the one that came with the Lapps. Very pleased indeed.

Braught a replacment screen from this company and was not disapointed by the service. Finding a replacment screen for my P870DM-G was easy just had to put the screen id in and found it strait away. My new screen was delivered in a timely fashion, was happy to see plenty of information avalable for installing the new screen for anyone not familier with the procedure.

The service was excellent, the screen arrived in good time, and was undamaged.
But the only reason not to give 5 stars is that I actually haven't had the opportunity yet to fit and test the screen.
Mysteriously the damage to my Macbook Air screen seems to have healed itself. How this has happened I have no idea.
So I haven't gone to the troiuble of fitting the new screen yet and don't suppose I will unless the problem re-emerges.
