Ordered a replacement screen for an ASUS Tuf laptop. Got help selecting the right screen via swiftly answered email, screen arrived two days later complete with free tool kit! As always with these things it didn’t go quite the way the instruction video showed but between us my teenage daughter and I successfully removed the old, installed the new in about 30 minutes. Huge saving compared to sending it away to a pro.

Damaged the screen on my brand new laptop and thought that was the end of that! Checked on line to see if I could buy a replacement screen I came across Screens UK and ordered a new screen. It came within a few days and I am extremely happy to have repaired it myself for a fraction of what it would have cost in a shop.
Very happy with the service and will use again if needed. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed with company despite reviews!
24 hours after placing order - not one bit of communication of them.
No tracking information as guaranteed in a conversation after having to speak to them in chat three times.
Even on the day of delivery (supposed) which I paid extra for, ( Next day delivery premium paid at 1pm Thursday) I have no information and was told that only one person in the company has the contact details for the dispatch/delivery/fulfilment center.

They breeched there Terms and conditions to easily. Just re-ordered from another company paid the same and within 15 minutes had confirmation and tracking number!

Update : Saturday 11th June

48 hours on still no guaranteed delivery, despite paying for next day!

Finally a confirmation email (Friday 10th @ 8pm - item ordered 1pm Thursday) from them 36 hours after ordering and a tracking number - HOWEVER , that tracking number says not known on the GLS (courier / fulfilment center) website.

The secondary screen I ordered from another company at 6pm last night(Friday) has arrived safe and perfect!

Am unsure what has happened to this company in the last month BUT something serious has happened as the positive reviews cease.

I usually recommend businesses however in its current place this is one I’d certainly say stay clear off!!

Quick service and screen works fine, very easy to install as it came with a full set of small tools included for installation, hope I never need to, but I would certainly use this company again if I do.
