Excellent service prompt delivery and driver transported doors into my garage.

I needed a cost effective wardrobe for a rented property and screwfix wardrobes suited the perfectly. The measuring process was easy and understandable. The choice of design is basic but if that's what you need it's fine. I received a call telling me when delivery would be and was delivered when promised. It was packaged well and checked for damages as we offloaded.

Build quality seems excellent. Delivery to downstairs only, one door weighted about 30 Kg so hard to take upstairs. Did not understand how to fit soft close to the rail so will get a joiner to complete this task though doors still close smoothly

DO NOT waste your money or time on this ridiculous company!!!
I'm still waiting 3 days now for a delivery of a part that screwfix wardrobes messed up! They assured me that the correct size draw backs were being delivered to me 3 days ago now, so I contact their delivery people DHL who inform me that there isn't any items like that to be delivered to me. In other words screwfix haven't even picked it from their warehouse to get it to DHL to deliver it to me!!!! So I now have to wait 3 days before the bank Holiday is over to even speak to someone. Then it'll be another 2 days before its even in my hands. Do not go near these people!

Useless, lots of missing parts in delivery, and delivery no further than the front door "due to covid", despite the website claim to deliver to a room of your choice.

So far very dissapointed still waiting for customer services to email me about missing parts. Spent 40 minutes on the phone as first in the que only to be told they were putting me on hold again to speak to deliveries. Asked to e mail me instead when items would be delivered..still waiting for said email. Had to cancel guy who was fitting them ....not good enough.

Ordered product on line 21 day delivery but arrived approx 7 days early with email to let us know and a phone cal the day before for delivery time

Ordered the doors, they came and i had measured wrong. They still helped out and were very helpful and understanding. Would definitely recommend plus the wardrobes look fantastic.

I was worried ordering these and spending the money in case they didn't fit right but I shouldn't have been. They are Excellent quality, easy to fit, smooth slide and easy to adjust for our floor not being perfectly flat. Worth the wait, and excellent value.

I’ve bought sliding wardrobe doors previously from Screwfix so have returned to buy two more. Ordering was easy on the website and the doors are good

TRYING TO UNDERSTAND WHY,WHEN THE OPENING SIZE IS 2120mm do they cut the track at 2100mm,10mm short at the ends.ok at the bottom track but the top covered track now is short by 10mm at each end.the invoice says the double track is 2.5mts,which i would have cut down to fit the width that i had stated at 2120mm (no gap at the ends )WHY?was it cut and sent this short and not sent as 2120 or as stated 2500mm NOT PLEASED!!.

Ordered during lockdown but as soon as they were open delivered within 5 days. Delivery text to give a time and was contactless. Superb fit and really good quality. Very easy to install and the boss was really impressed.
