I haven’t had my wardrobes yet so I can’t review them so this email review is a joke

Very happy with wardrobe doors.
Good website, easy to use and visualise.
Fast delivery, very solid and good looking product. Fits exactly.

Flawless service, Only downside is the price, being a tradesman i know how much things cost and could have bought all the components separate and saved a fair bit.
This purchase however was for a customer to their exact needs, and i got it on the St Paddys sale. 10/10 though!

Third time we have used screwfix for spaceslide wardrobes. Excellent value, good quality, fast and efficient delivery. Lots of choice of doors and interiors, and easy to install. Wardrobes look great would definitely recommend

Excellent service quick to deliver and easy to fit

The ordering process was easy. The doors were delivered well within the 21 days and the delivery man helped me to get the doors into the house. Main thing was that the doors fitted well and were easy to fit.
Only thing that could have improved on was the base filler strip was not the full length and I had to join a small section on and it would have been nice to get some matching (colour) screw covers to use on the fixing screws on the side filler sections.

You should inform your customers that soft-close mechanisms are available for all sliding doors. However, they should be purchased separately and unfortunately Screwfix does not sell them. Therefore, the customers should purchase them from other competitors or on internet auction. Although the screwfix purchase price was attractive for me prior to the purchase, but afterwards I had to buy the soft close mechanisms (4x of them, for 2x doors) myself on the internet auction, and this added another £35 to the original purchase price! The product is great, the price isn’t bad, but the customer experience is spoiled by lack of information about the softclose mechanisms. This should be made prominent to all customers that these are available for these doors (minimalist range), but must be purchased from another source!

Doors and track delivered on time, were good quality and value for money.

My wife is delighted with the actual look of the finished wardrobes.

Would recommend them to any potential buyer.

Brilliant communication about the delivery date and time. Pleasant driver and we have been more than happy with the quality product.

So far assembly of my wardrobe has gone well. I used a laser tape for the measurements and all the parts are spot on except for one rail which I had to shave a 2mm off.

Damaged with no response.

To deliver damaged products and then put in doubt offering a refund doesn’t drive me to have any confidence in further purchases.

The items had packing damage and incorporated manufacture defects.

Not a great experience so far...
