Very happy with my ScrunchSac as it is easy to use and great for travelling. I can't speak highly enough of the great service when I had a problem with delivery. Everyone went out of their way to make sure the ScrunchSac arrived and communication couldn't be faulted. Great people to deal with.

Love the Scrunchsack, my first one was defective but customer service quickly responded and shipped out a new one.

Great product and excellent customer service. We had an issue with damage to one of the bags during shipment. They quickly replaced and resent the replacement bag. Overall, they were a great company to purchase from.

Yes, the bags are from China, and not as good quality as I expected. However, I really like the bag, and find it to be very useful when I’m traveling. Love that it opens up wide and love that it fits all of my makeup. Customer service was fantastic. My order was returned, because I never picked it up at the post office. Customer service responded to my emails and followed up to make sure I received the bags when they sent them again. That was unusual.

ScrunchSac is very good - I had a good online shopping experience with them. When I couldn’t receive the originally ordered bag but then they helped to follow up and sent me again, particularly they offered to give me two (2) different colors for compensation - such a well known online shop. And those two bags are so practical for gym/yoga/travel. Love it ❤️😊

During a global pandemic I bought this bag on a whim and didn’t worry too much when it was slow to arrive. As it turned out I hadn’t properly checked the auto fill information and my item has been returned to sender. When I finally got around to contacting the company they were fantastic. They replied promptly, communicated well and even checked in to see that my bag had arrived.
The item itself is exactly as advertised. Easy to clean fabric. Vibrant colours and larger than I had expected. It works just as the title suggests. To scrunch up over the contents and keep them tucked away tight.

Love this product and company!! The first one I ordered came with damaged packaging (seemingly from the mail carrier). The company responded within an hour and sent out a brand new bag. They followed up to make sure I had received it and was satisfied. I love this bag - it is functional, durable, cute and so useful! So much easier than the zipper bag I had before!

DO NOT BUY! These are trash. First of all no where does it say that this product is coming from China. It also makes it look like the outside is a nice soft fabric. And when I tried to contact the company they are useless and do not want to do anything. They are not easy to deal with. I’m so mad that I wasted my money on this crap and that’s what it is. It just cheap nylon and the drawstring does not work smooth. Biggest waste of money. Next time I will look on trust pilot for reviews.

This does not deserve even 1 star! DO NOT PURCHASE!!! It comes from China & is SO cheap. Thin, stiff nylon material & huge! It took 5 weeks to arrive. Total waste of money & the company will not let me return it! Complete ripoff!

Worst online buying experience ever to this date. Assumed item was being shipped from US but turns out it was shipped from China . One month and still waiting for parcel and just received today . Poor quality Dollar store type item . Looks like a shower cap and feels like it. Someones makin lots of money off us online shoppers

I had placed the order on Dec. 2nd, didn’t realize the Scrunchsacs were coming from CHINA! Understanding the backlogs in orders and delivery regarding every delivery means, I did finally receive them the day after New Years! I appreciate receiving responses to my inquiries, Thanks for your help!! Christmas is not over until you receive the last gift which will be the Scrunchsacs!

My scrunchsacs were delayed with the holiday shipping backlog. Your customer service was very helpful. Shipment arrived just in the nick of time. Would be helpful if you included the expected delivery date with orders.

I made a error on my order and ended up getting the wrong colors. I had mistakenly clicked on the wrong colors and Scrunch Sac went over and above to make sure I received my order correctly. Along with the great customer service, I was very pleased with the quality of this product.

Ordered a ScrunchSac got my order today after 4-5weeks . It was two plastic hand massages. Worth about $2 ea. Where is my ScrunchSac and why has no one bothered to answer my 3 emails! Be careful here people...😎

I’m very happy with my ScrunchSacs . They will make perfect novelty Christmas gifts . They took a while to get here as in the first order didn’t arrive . However the customer care was outstanding & they sent me replacements without hesitation.
