Great product and service, my item was impacted due to COVID-19 with a three month delay. However, each time I emailed I got a response and they even sent me an extra item for my inconvenience.

Awesome Product and Customer Service Communications is Great! I'm baffled at the product reviews about it being Cheaply made. NOT True! Maybe they thought it was a soft fabric, but a fabric bag gets dirty and yucky sitting on sinks or hotel counters. Eww! Then they go in the washer and you must switch bags. This fabric is like a big, pretty shower caps. It can get wet if it slips into a damp sink, and can wipe and sanitize clean after sitting on a countertop or spilling makeup inside. You never have to change or put in the washer. It's durable and made to last!!! Love mine and my friend loves her gift as well. 👍👍

I ordered my ScrunchSac from their website. I got mine after 7 days. And I am glad I ordered from them! I love my bag especially that I will be travelling soon :) This is so convenient and I love the colors!

I have read the reviews and they are either really good or really bad interesting nothing in between. My review is very good Customer service was excellent with emails and very promptly answered. I love the product exactly what I was after and also got one for my daughter she loves it. The strings are a little long when the bag is closed but thats it for me. My order arrived within a week. I am a happy customer

Angelica at Scrunch Sac was very helpful and always replied promptly to my emails. Unfortunately due to Covid 19, I have waited a few months to receive the order. Angelica was very apologetic about this and reissued the order to my Mum’s address in the UK, which arrived in only a few days. About a week later, my order arrived in Dubai, so I have two make up bags and have only been charged for one. Thanks Scrunch Sac

Save your money! You can purchase this item for less on amazon! It’s very cheaply made - not worth the money. Customer service wasn’t very informative either. Buyer beware!

The material is lousy. Not worth the money you pay for such a cheap product. I paid USD 17.90 for something that's worth less than $10. Really regret this purchase.

Ordered 4 ScrunchSac's on June 18th and just received them yesterday! Have to say was a little septikal with these reviews I read but I received mine super quick and the quality is actually really nice. I think they had some delays with COVID-19 as all companies had but they must be through them now as my order came super quick! Overall very happy.

The customer service representatives are rude and condescending. I had a problem with my order and so I emailed them multiple times with no response! Then when they finally responded, they completely ignored my question! So i emailed them once again and NOTHING! Never again!

I mistakenly messaged scrunchsac because I am following up on my April order on Moonshop. I cannot contact moonshop because they are not responding so I contacted scrunchsac thinking it was them (because they advertise the same products).

They were so accommodating so I placed an order to them on June 3 and amazingly received my order exactly 14 days after. They respond to my concerns within 24 hours so I am happy I was not ghosted and scammed unlike in Moonshop. Really a 5 star experience, I wonder why other reviews here are different, I am in US by the way.

It is true what all the reviewers have written about the wait time. I waited 5 weeks and finally arrived yesterday. What I'd like to review is the product itself. It is very cheaply made of some sort of plastic material. It is pliable but not as soft as I would want. I wish I had known what type of material it was before I bought it. Also, when you pull on the drawstrings to close the bag the strings are about 30" on either side. So how should one tie 60 inches of string? Double bow? triple bow? If you look at their website videos, you never really see the full length of the string. I'm not even going to bother calling up customer service for a refund. Buyer beware!

I have emailed twice about my order. There was a promise of tracking etc but no one will get back to me. Well into 6 weeks and I still have not received! Customer service is a 0 stars.

I placed my order a month ago. My account was charged but I have never received a confirmation number or tracking info. I’ve sent 3 emails but no response to them. No number to call. I’m not happy.

Honestly i know a few people have not had the best experience but me and all my friends ordered from ScrunchSac. The delivery took a little longer than normal but given COVID that was expected and understandable!

The customer support team is excellent and we all received our orders 2 days ago and we are so happy with them! The bag is actually amazing! For all those thinking this is a scam I can assure you it is not and they are just experiencing some delays due to COVID. Have faith girls I am telling you your order will arrive soon and you will love it!

Loved the idea of the product and it seemed like a reasonable price, but they charged my card immediately and, two months later, I still don’t have the item. They keep blaming it on Covid, but absolutely everything else I have ordered has arrived just fine... even other items from China. Customer service has gotten back to me very quickly, but they keep telling me to continue waiting another 10 to 14 business days, only for it to never show up. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. It appears to be a scam.

I would have said 0 stars if I could. My order was placed May 4. I have yet to receive it!!!

Tracking tells me it cleared customs at LAX on May 15. Hmmmm. Coming from China. Buy American people!

Worst service ever. Ordered 26 feb. Today is april 7th. Still no product. No help from customer service. They blame coronavirus... But all other mail is moving fine. DO NOT ORDER HERE. IT IS CHEAPER ON AMAZON AND GUARANTEED. SCAM COMPANY
