Two seater sofa my parents had been waiting for, for over 7 weeks (even though they were told 5 weeks delivery) was delivered by Barry and Ste from Warrington Distribution Centre on Tuesday. They had a struggle getting it into my parents house but with great perseverance and patience they got it into their lounge. Sofa was unwrapped and all rubbish taken away. They even took a call off myself as my mum was worried it would not fit. Mum was very pleased and said they were very nice and polite. Job well done. Another successful delivery. Thank you.

We had our sofas delivered today from Coventry J2D Gareth knocked the door and told me the sofa was to big to pass through the front door. He asked if there was another route in .There is another route into our property but there are more obstacles . They went above and beyond. Once they had the suit in the house Hasnat and Gareth assembled the suit. Excellent.

Had our new sofa and chair delivered yesterday afternoon by Kevin and Steve from Doncaster very professional friendly service by these two individuals rang As promised to let us know of approx arrival our house is in the country and difficult to find but not by these two.

Quality sofa delivered by boffy and delivery crew dan from Doncaster dc we live in a place hard to find up a mile track and they were in contact with us a lot on informing timeings the guys are a credit to the company it’s nice to get service from such nice guys

Delivery drivers damaged my new floor on 9th December. After numerous calls from myself with no return calls a manager was due to come and inspect the damage, the driver claims it wasn’t them! 10.30 came no visit!! New date thurs 7th February. When I rang on 9th December to inform them of damage which was hidden under sofa until I moved the sofa nearer wall as it was 1 ft away from wall! I couldn’t believe what I saw! The next day the drivers Dad died and he had flown to Pakistan! The stories and excuses are ridiculous! Do not use SCS!!
