My order was damaged
My order was damaged, and I am having a difficult time getting a replacement item. It has been a lot of back and forth emails and they want me to pay $10 to pay for the return shipping. I should not have to pay when you sent me a damaged item.

They are amazing! I literally love the clothing from scuffers and they are so kind and helpful.
I needed to return my pants because there was a hole in it i didn’t cause, and without questions they offered me new pants or something else from the collection. All they needed were the old pants so i all needed to do was return them and i got new ones!

Phenomenal product. Shipping had a delay but that comes with being international. Regardless, quality of the product is top notch.

I required an exchange for a pair of pants that didn’t fit. I could only be communicated with through automated emails. I reached out to the helpline for some assurance and I still have not received a reply two weeks later.
