The top is too short and can’t exchange in my region it says so for a $100 top return is $50 so I end up with only $50 it’s ridiculous.

Absolutely terrible customer experience from start to finish.
I ordered 27 items and only received 22. The package arrived visibly damaged and ripped open. I reported the issue immediately after receiving the parcel and provided photo evidence right away.
Later, I even recorded and shared a video showing all 22 received items packed back into the original box. The box was completely full, making it physically impossible for all 27 items to have been inside.
Despite all this evidence, support kept sending contradictory and copy-paste responses instead of solving the issue.
First they claimed the package weight matched. Then they claimed some missing items had actually been returned. Then they suddenly marked additional items as “not returned” even though they were definitely included in my return shipment.
And now the latest excuse is that the carrier “cannot process the claim anymore” because the deadline supposedly passed — even though I reported the damaged and incomplete shipment immediately and have the emails to prove it. Any delay clearly happened internally on their side, not mine.
What is especially frustrating:
Everywhere you are told to “just contact support via email”. But when you actually do that, you are lucky if you receive one reply per week — and even then it is usually a generic response that ignores the actual issue and the evidence provided.
I sent:
* photos
* videos
* item lists
* return explanations
* proof of the damaged parcel
* detailed documentation multiple times
…and still no proper resolution.
The craziest part is that I only kept ONE item, yet I am now apparently expected to pay almost €1,000 for products I never received or already returned. That is honestly scandalous.
At this point it genuinely feels like customer service is designed to delay and exhaust customers instead of helping them.
I would strongly advise everyone to avoid ordering here unless you are willing to risk losing a huge amount of money with little to no real customer support.

Be warned. I ordered a hoodie for my daughter’s birthday, 2 months ago and have still not received it. I have been onto customer services weekly as well as the courier service but I keep getting fobbed off. I have found the whole experience quite distressing. There is a simple solution. Refund the missing item or replace it with another, then claim the damages from the courier services. I am out of pocket and nobody wants to help or find a solution.

I ordered a hoodie which unfortunately had a hole, but I was send a new one for free and got the first delivery refunded on top of that. They even send the new hoodie before I returned the damaged one. They also replied within minutes to my mails, and I was very very satisfied with the costumer service!! Would definitely recommend
