This printer is a little basic for my experience, however it's nothing but fun. Consider adding the ability to adjust/tune nozzle temp, feed rate, and fan speed while printing to the app. The abil... See more

B Quality Printer Software
Not satisfied with the proprietary Sculpto software for slicing and there are no guides for using Cura with Expert Mode. Donated it to a local school. Won't buy again.
Does not complete printing object
Does not complete printing object. Quits part way through the printing cycle.

Weak filament drive wheel. Continually slips and digs into the filament.
Insanely long response times and…
Insanely long response times and ignorant and disrespectful employees who just repeat themselves instead of listening to what you have to say.
Well
Well, it states that it will work with any filament of the same size but I can confirm that isn't correct, feeding issues, and print sticking issues to the table. Otherwise, it's very user-friendly. Not a bad little machine.
Layers are terribly inconsistent
Layers are terribly inconsistent. Makes the prints unusable.
Screws stripped.
Hole burned on build plate. Screws stripped and too tight to get to filament. Poor prints.
This is my 1st 3-D printer
This is my 1st 3-D printer. That being said I am really impressed with this little machine. I wish there was a little more functionality in the app or the software that it uses. But as far as the machine itself For what I paid this is a fun little machine Do yourself a favor and pick up some different filament I've had plenty of problems with the stuff they gave me as soon as I purchased other Professionally made filament this machine was great. And no using other professionally made filament will not void your warranty anymore they have changed that. Do your research learn a lot understand Your machine and filament most of the problems are with the people not the printer.
Easiest and quickest printer yet
Came and was almost ready to use out of the box. Took me less than 30 minutes to get it up and running and starting on my first print. All in all, the easiest 3d printer I've put together and the quickest to get to printing.
Love the simple way it works

I researched and watched reviews
I researched and watched reviews. I order the pro and it was received within 3 days. I honestly can’t say much else until I configure and connect. But the information reads very specific and customer support seems really available.
I want a refund
I want a refund. I can't call anyone and waiting a couple of days til someone responds is Ludacris. Horrible horrible horrible. I should have known better but I thought it would be a cool toy for the kids and it's been nothing but a headache
Consider another printer, this one isn’t very good
I bought this printer with a bit of knowledge of CNC style machines. It had a problem loading my filament out of the box and it’s just gotten worse and worse. I used a reputable filament supplier and it likes to just stop feeding halfway through a print. It says you can adjust the z axis as it prints but you can’t. It’s held way too tight for any adjustment. The build plate is very finnickey as well. There can’t be any of it hanging off the table or else it gets stuck. Even if it’s just a tiny bit. The table tends to not stay where it needs to during a print and I’ve had a few offset prints where it seems like the table was bumped but nobody was anywhere near it. There’s no open source support. It’s set up so you can’t change many of the settings you might want and it makes it a little bit frustrating at times. I’d recommend you get something else, especially due to the high price. I’d expected more but it just wasn’t a great buy. Not to mention they only want you to use their filament if you want your warranty to be intact. They charge way too much for way too cheap PLA
Great for a little inexpensive printer
Great for a little inexpensive printer, I like how it works, i bought 3 of them for my grandkids because they are simple to use, once they get good at using them Ill consider moving them on to my Prusa MK3S+ line of printers
These are really good for the average hobbyist as well
Much better ways to waste money
I really, really wish I could give this a better rating, but the lack of slicing options or any real customization of prints means that this machine is a certified landfill filler. The team behind sculpto ought to be tried for environmental terrorism based upon how many tons of PLA will end up in the trash due solely to their laziness. Which is a real bummer. I love the polar design and was really hoping to see some company come along and bring this overlooked kinematic to the market. I'm disappointed in the entire team at Sculpto, and I assume their parents are ashamed of them to boot.
