Outstanding customer service! I ordered 2 rolls of filament and they arrived quickly!

Arrived ahead of schedule and exactly as I ordered

I like this filament because it looks amazing and feels smooth after sanding with water since my 3d printer doesnt make all sides smooth. I would like a way to tell how much filament i have left on the cartrage instead of having to do math. I was also wondering if its possible to have an option to make buy cardboard cartrage to hold the filament since I feel bad for wasting good plastic. Anyway for people reading, this filament does not clog the nozzle for my 2 year usage so far. I recommend this filament for its consistency on not clogging ( I tried other filament like Duramic and it clogs every print for some reason). I like how this filament isn’t made in China too

Bought a sculpto+ from A main hobbies and as everyone else I didn’t have time to see if it worked properly in the first 30days due to working and all outside of our home issues
Welp, finally we had time and got it up running and it’s keeps stopping on large projects. We tried researching and welp thought it might be too hot so used fan. But it did it again. We thought internet connection, nope that wasn’t it either.
Finally contacted tech support and they tried to reboot and re upload and nope didn’t work and they did state if the machine stops again in middle of project than it’s bad machine.
So I had to contact amainhobbies and they said I had to go on warranty from the manufacture.
So I hope that they replace this machine.
I did buy a different name brand due to I want to make Mario world scenes to see if ppl are interested in buying but can’t do that with a bad machine.
Tech support is awesome but I give it 2 stars due to don’t buy from a third party, buy direct and I say lesson learned. Right now I have a 3D printer that’s a paper weight and honestly I did enjoy watching it work an was thinking about purchasing a sculpto 2 but I am afraid I will get another bad printer.
Before buying a 3D printer, research it to death cause I am not savvy with electronic and maybe a different person could figure this out but best to buy direct.
Now I am hoping that for the money I spent I get something.
Wish everyone the best out there and I wish there were a place near buy that actually sells these printers so you can speak to a person whom knows everything about all the hiccups with these things instead of YouTube, which it seems they have the ones that actually work with zero issues.
Once I receive my next model (and it’s different due to we have to assemble a few things on it) I will leave a review with that as well if it’s a dud or actually completes bigger projects.
Either way, when you are trying to sell keychains and charging holders- definitely need something that works.
I definitely will update this if or when I find out what they decided so you all are informed but as of right now I am in limbo and that’s frustrating!

This morning, after I woke up, received email from sculpto. They said since amainhobbies won’t help that they will and as soon as I ship the broken one out to their office, they will replace it.
So please buy direct. Most of us have very stressful lives and pulled in all directions and must wait till we have time to do our hobbies/business and sometimes you need more than 30 days to check out what you bought. For me it’s another lesson learned and once I get the replacement, telling everyone to zip it and we need to be left alone for a week! That way we can make sure it does the longer projects.
I changed from 2 stars to 5 stars because sculpto is standing by their product and that impresses me.

Sculpto sent us a replacement and they sent the sculpto2!!!! We had the sculpto+
We have this printer for a little over a week and it works freaking fantastic!!!!!
Printed out quick stuff to 13 plus hours!!!!!

So I say one last time
BUY DIRECT SO THAT WAY
1Dont pay to ship product back
2 get direct help faster and more efficiently, but in my case it was very efficient and yes we paid to ship the bad one back.

All in all sculpto stands by their product and I am very pleased 😀

Easy to get started with, integration with app makes it straightforward to start 3D printing.

used to be better when they sold filament also, but still great
