All the men turned up on time and were very productive and professional in their work and on completion cleaned the site and some advice on regular maintenance.

SDS extensively completed the Pre installation of the garage door. This lead the way to a high standard and fault free installation. SDS fully liased with the customer thro-out this process.
Firstly, SDS / customer conducted a detailed Installation Inspection whilst fully conducting all garage door Functional tests and Functionally demonstrating all the primary & Secondary Functions to & with the customer. On the whole considered a thorough acceptance standard.

I felt sorry for the guys that fitted my conversion kit. They measured it correctly but it was cut too long by someone. They had to spend neatly 4 hours rectifying the mistake. Many would have given up and gone back. They had tenacity and stuck with it.

From the minute we walked into the showroom to the fitters driving away the whole experience has been fantastic. Sales, Technical and pre-deliver team - very knowledgeable, really helped us narrow down our alternatives and kept us informed of progress. The three fitters that came to install the doors were polite, witty, really cared about the detail and getting the installation right. All in all. Brilliant.
