I never received my $300 order placed in July of 2023 and the company was unresponsive in my attempts to reach them thru their website and by phone to cancel and request refund. The BBB says there has been 391 other cases of people claiming the same. The BBB Metro NY even drove by and found the business closed down , orders were continued to be taken until Dec. 5,2023. I hope they understand that this is larceny with very high penalties!

I backordered a full air spring suspension kit for my truck and it went on back order. A year later I got frustrated and emailed them to see if I could get something different instead. We settled on just the air springs without the compressor, which costs significantly less than the entire kit with the understanding they would refund the difference. I did eventually receive the product but never received the refund. I emailed them over and over, which is how we communicated previously, and never got a response.

SD Truck Springs owed our company a great deal of money, then went out of business leaving tens of thousands of dollars in unpaid invoices and shipping invoices.

If they re-surface, I would not recommend doing business with them in any format.

Heard they went bankrupt. Never delivered the product I ordered. Thanks to stengelbros in PA my rv trip wasn't ruined. Owner should be in jail for theft.

Ordered sway bars Aug 9, 2023. tried numerous times emailing, calling and leaving messages never a return correspondence. Just cancelled money order. By the way are they still in business? Look somewhere else! If I could give less than one star I would.

Put an order in August 2nd 2023. It is now Nov 26th.. I have left messages, sent emails. Sat on hold many times over the last few months. I can not get anyone to pickup the phone. After you sit on hold for a while you are sent to a voice mail that no one ever checks because I've left many messages and no one returns those calles either. I have sent over emails and did get one reply email from customer service saying they would check on the order and get back with me. That was August 23rd and since then I've sent many emails with no further reply..

Ordered air bags for a 2022 F350 on June 2nd, 2023. Money left my account the day of purchase. Zero communication from this organization, no follow up or follow thru. It is now Nov 19th, 2023. Like many others rating 1-star, this company is a complete fraud.

Like many others. Ordered and paid for 2 leaf springs in
January 2023. Now we are in November, still no parts, no response by email or phone, so next step is to involve cc company for fraud claim.
Company is a BIG SCAM, stay away.

Ordered over 1200 dollars' worth of parts 1st week of July. It is now end of October and haven't received the parts. I have made NUMEROUS attempts to contact SD Trucks by calling, sending emails, and sending direct messages on their website....SD Trucks has not replied or responded. I had to contact my cc company and dispute the charges to reverse the payment. WARNING...do not buy from these people. Waste of time!!!

Ordered truck leaf springs 4 months ago. Have not received the items ordered, cannot get anyone on the phone and won't answer my emails. They were glad to take my money though almost $600.00 worth. Don't use them unless you just want to give your money away.

I placed an order for two sets of suspension air bags over four months ago. I have left voicemails, emails and tried to cancel my order through their website. I have received no response at all. This company is a scam and is stealing money from people. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!

Never answered phones after 7 calls, left messages.. no email reply. I went to address and no answer. Empty. Scam business...look out I trying several days.

I have been waiting for over 4 months for my air pillow springs that seem to be continually on back order. They never return my numerous phone calls or emails except to send a generic email that they value my business and the parts are on back order. I requested a refund through their website but have not heard anything for over two weeks even though their generic email response says they will contact me within 48 hours. BTW they were very PROMPT in charging my credit card two days after I ordered the parts 4 months ago.

Ordered airbags on the 28th of June. I attempted to contact them at the end of July with no return phone call or email. I have attempted to call and email them several times in August with no reply at all. I filed for a refund at the end of August, and it's been almost a month now with no refund or any kind of communication. Did not expect this from SDTS, I have ordered from them in the past. Now it's buyer beware.

Ordered a set of airbags for my truck the. Received an email the next day saying they didn't have them and wouldn't know when they would get them in stock. Canceled the order and was told I would be refunded the money within 30 days. It's been 70 days and still have not received a refund. Have called multiple times and left messaged but no response.

Ordered a ADDCO 642 rear sway bar from SD trucking.They had to back order from the manufacturer. The manufacturer sent me a different sway bar Model: 7811by Hellwig. I live in Vancouver BC and it would be a hassle to return it. The ADDCO 642 would be a direct replacement for me, now I have to remove all the hardware off the old sway bar and mount the new one. Not happy.

Placed an order 6/16/23 in the amount of $ 981.19 and its now 9/15/23 and no order received. I have called four times leaving messages as well as emailing on three occassions. No response from SD Truck Springs at all. I've delt with them before as far back as 2014 for products and never had a problem. Something has changed at SD Truck Springs and not for the better.

Have worked with this company many times in the past with no issues until currently. Just trying to contact them with a simple question and nobody will answer or return a call when a message is left after 15 minutes of ringing. Have tried many times over the last 4 weeks with absolutely no luck. Something happened with this company and I would recommend not doing any business with them currently.

Same as these other guys - Ordered 3 Months Ago - Called ten times - No call back - No Response - spent over 2K and nothing showed up - BEWARE
