I’ll never use this company ever again 😩
I am extremely disappointed with my experience using lastminute.com. I booked flights for travel between 28 February and 2 April, and despite a significant amount of time passing, I have still not received my refund.
What makes this situation particularly frustrating is the complete lack of timely resolution. Customers should not have to chase their own money for weeks—or even months—after a refund has been initiated or promised. It reflects very poorly on the company's reliability and customer service standards.
The process has felt opaque and unnecessarily difficult, with little to no clear communication or accountability. For a company operating in the travel sector, where plans can already be stressful and unpredictable, this level of service is simply unacceptable.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking through lastminute.com if you expect efficient support or prompt financial handling in case of changes or cancellations.
Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this service in any capacity.
