Don’t bother with this lot

Don’t bother with this lot!
After 5 weeks I still had not received dispatch confirmation for my January order so I emailed them. Was told one item (out of 2) was out of stock. I requested refund and explanation why I wasn’t informed sooner and why I was still waiting for my second item. No response regarding my second item. Refund eventually paid in March.

I am continuously getting emails from…

I am continuously getting emails from this company asking me to remove my review about their product in exchange for a gift card. My review from 2023 when I purchased their products simply states that the product is not true to size and as a result I am unable to use it.
I have received at least a half a dozen emails from them in the past couple of weeks (2 years after posting about the product) pestering me to remove my review. I didn’t say anything negative regarding the company, I simply gave an honest review of the product.
I will now say I am beyond annoyed with the constant emails over this - they are borderline harassing me.

I received an email recently regarding…money in exchange for removing my review

I received an email recently regarding a review I posted 2 years ago. I ignored their first request, but then they followed up on March 5th. I explained that I wasn't going to search for a post I made 2 years ago and that I clearly was dissatisfied with the service at the time. They responded with the following: "We did not reply to your email in a timely manner as we were in a busy period.

We paid attention to Trustpilot, which is why we asked you to consider using our gift card in exchange for removing the review."

I feel this is inappropriate and as a paying customer I do reserve the right to be unhappy with an experience, regardless of how busy the vendor is.

Similar to others

Similar to others, I received an email out of the blue to remove a bad review from 2 years ago in exchange for a $10 coupon. This is super shady and the review was an accurate account of what occurred. Sizing was way off and return process was complicated and unhelpful.

Bribing People to Delete Reviews

I woke up this morning to an email from Seafancy asking me to delete a review I posted 2+ years ago for a $10 discount. They said it was because my order was shipped on time, but I know that my review was about the poor quality of the product.

Bribing people to delete honest reviews shows a lack of integrity. They are tanking their reputation even more at this point.

Wants me to remove my review.

Seafancy is sending me sketchy typo riddled emails trying to offer me giftcards to remove a review from 2023 which was 2 years ago. I don't even remember leaving a review let alone know how to remove it. If I left a bad review this sketchball company probably deserved it. Gross.

These are my absolute favorite swim…

These are my absolute favorite swim shorts. They are long enough to cover up my upper thigh, high enough waist to cover my belly where I want them to, and the waistband is nice and thick/sturdy to hide my muffin top! Great quality and I love having pockets! I 100% would and will order from them again. So far I’ve worn them through 2 swim seasons and I’m still happy. Remember that this isn’t Amazon so they won’t arrive overnight. SO worth it.

Also customer service is great so if you have any problems just email.

Complete SCAM

The website is a complete scam. I ordered a pair of shorts and the item I received strongly doesn't agree with the website description. It says "Materials: Shell: 82% Nylon, 18% Spandex; Lining: 88% Polyester, 12% Spandex" on the website, making it look like a pair of swimming shorts. However the item comes as a thin layer of fabric without a so-called shell or lining. It says "100% cotton" on the label stitched to the shorts.

On top of that, the item I received has no label at all. I can't tell what brand this product is and where it was made. The quality is very poor with lint here and there. This overall seems a scam as the shorts in no way are worth $30+. It has been a huge disappointment. Stay away if you could.

What's more funny is that the website seems to have a non-functioning "submit" button after writing the review, making it impossible to share my horrible experience on their website. How convenient.

Customer service and missing product

I had two tracking numbers for my packages and one package said it was delivered and showed up and the other says delivered and did NOT show up. I emailed customer service to which they replied immediately and gave me essentially 4 options and I thought that was pretty cool. I opted for exchange because I truly love the fit and style! I will continue to purchase from them in the future! Also about 5 girlfriends have already ordered.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company! By the price tag you'd expect a quality swimming suit/bikini. I ordered a tummy holding in swim suit. What i received was far from what it was advertised as. Their website is very misleading. What i received was poor quality material with zero extra support in the tummy area. The 'under wire bra' area was horrendously poor quality and can only be called under wire because there is wire there, the fit is...well, there is no 'fit'. I also bought a 2nd item which was poor quality too. This company is more like Temu than an actual Australian base company. They ship from China to Australia. Again, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR QUALITY!!! ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!!

Wish there was a FULLER bust size range!

I love the style and bright colours of the costumes, I just wish there was a range for the fuller busted woman. If I go up a size for the bust then everything else is too big and it rides up when swimming.
I don’t want a 2 piece I need a one piece swimming costume.

Not worth the hassle

Not worth the hassle. The color is darker than pictured, the stitching is crap and all over the place, and the sizing of the top and bottom pieces were off (top band way too wide while shorts fit). Check reviews off their website before you order. Returns are not free and they hassle you before letting you return the item.

The product is cheap and poorly made and the return policy is terrible. They require you to take a picture of the item and email you the picture first before jumping through 5 other hoops in order to return an item. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Their website looks like they are based in UK or France or Aus, ARE NOT.
Wherever you ordered, you will receive the parcel from China and you will get charged for international transaction fees in your bank account.
The quality of the items I received was absolutely rubbish, THE WORST quality I have ever come across when I have been online shopping more than a decade. The tag on one of item was cut and the swim pants smelt like sweat when received which they kept insisting they are brand new from their factory. The fabric is worse than my cleaning rags and is not designed for human's garment.
I requested the refund and there were emails back and forth exactly same as other reviews - discount with blah blah or keep them but refund with % blah blah and finally sent their return address in US which I chose to do on purpose to make them dispose their own rubbish even if it cost me to ship it with tracking number.
I should have read reviews here before I made a purchase and I joined just to let others know that you should avoid this business at all costs. I wish there is an option for uploading photos as I have got photos for evidence to show you how shit they are.

The product I ordered is lovely

The product I ordered is lovely, but in spite of paying for express delivery it didn’t arrive for weeks. Then I got an invoice from FedEx for ‘import duty’ which at first I thought was a scam, but is legitimate and has to be paid. So it was an expensive item - and late.

Scammers

I have ordered from Seafancy two times. I should have learned from the last order… both times it seems legit, I place my order, receive a receipt, and then crickets.

They are a SCAM. I emailed customer service and, yet again, they are out of the items that I had purchased. If they are out, these items should not be shown on their website as “available”.

I will not be fooled again!
