Ordered 1/2/2025 and still have not…

Ordered 1/2/2025 and still have not received on 1/25. And website given to provide customer support does not work. Comes back undeliverable. I WANT A REFUND. SCAM! Other negative reviews were accurate.

Can’t believe this ‘business’ is still…

Can’t believe this ‘business’ is still trading. I posted a poor review a few months back because I had received terrible customer service and very shoddy products. They emailed me out of the blue a couple of weeks ago offering me a discount if I deleted the post.

They reacted to my Emile in a timely manner.
And understood what my problem was and fixed it. The only problem the item I was interested in was out of stock. It’s a relief knowing a company is very costumer friendly.

Would not recommend.

Poor customer service is just the start. After 19 days of receiving my ‘order confirmation’ email, I had heard nothing else. After reaching out simply due to the time frame, I was informed the product I ordered was now out of stock, whilst still clearly listed as in stock on their website. I was given an option to exchange the item. 5 options were provided, yet their website lists over 5 pages of product at the same price as the item I ordered. I will be attempting to get a full refund, but I do not like my chances.

Be cautious with this company

Be cautious with this company. I ordered 2 bathing suits on 12/26/24. They took too long to arrive. One of them took too long and when it arrived; it had no tags and the size tags were ripped off + it felt much smaller. I don't have time to return it, but I don't advise anyone to buy anything from this place. It's a total scam.

I dislike how you have to spend more…

I dislike how you have to spend more for free shipping. I thought for sure by buying 2 swimsuits i would get it but no i was still short.
So I ended up only buying one because i was just gonna be charged shipping anyway.

Love my new cossie

Love my new cossie. It's a lovely shorts and swim tshirt, can also be worn as a shorts set. I'm 59 yold. The shorts fit perfect and have pockets. I went up a size. I'm normally a size 16 but bought an 18. Reasonably priced for a full cossie outfit.

One star is too much

One star is too much. The quality and material used for a garment I ordered was not suitable for swimwear and badly made. Unwearable. I returned it to the address on the packaging but have not received a refund. A scam…..
I returned the item to the address on the packaging which clearly states:
Return Address

Unit E7. The Wallows Industrial Estate, Fens Pool Avenue, Brierley

I took a photo as evidence. There was no information in the package of any sort. I have also emailed at least twice but received no reply. I suggest you look at the Consumer Rights Act which includes the right to return any item.

Never received item 2 weeks later

I waited 2 weeks for my item and it never came. I hadn’t heard anything from the company so I had to reach out and they informed me that my order was OUT OF STOCK. (It still shows available on the website?) I was given alternatives to choose from however, this doesn’t change the fact that no one told me about the out of stock problem until I reached out on my own 2 week later when I was supposed to have my product. At this point it was too late to choose an alternative for my trip that I needed the swimming suit for.

The tracking is awful

The tracking is awful! I have no idea when it will arrive. I haven’t got the suit yet so I can’t comment on the actual product. I work for a shipping company so I know you can do much better. So far I’m disappointed. It won’t be going on the trip with me because who knows where it is.

Bad purchasing experience (initially) but improved

So far my experience with Sea Fancy AU is not great. Paid for a one piece in my size on Saturday and just got an email today to say they had none in stock ( I had emailed about time frames for delivery as had heard nothing). Was sent a link with options I could choose between with the option to upgrade in price( only one one piece with none in my size). Checked the website I had purchased from and there were many options in my size at the same price as I paid. Haven’t heard back yet as to whether I can exchange my purchase for those. I can’t understand why I was able to purchase something that wasn’t in stock. It remains to be seen what kind of company I’m dealing with.

UPDATE: Sea Fancy have said they will send one of the options I sent them. Still disappointed I couldn’t get the one I paid for, but happy to be getting something similar.

Update 2: Have upgraded my rating. A bit of a saga, as the size I ordered was too big, but was given several options for exchange which were reasonable (ie paying shipping costs). Item has arrived and fits really well. Found their service people helpful throughout this process.
