Inferior quality and poor communication

I purchased a swimsuit off Sea Fancy au, and found that it was of inferior quality. The elastic on the straps is visible and not sewn in properly. The fabric looks of inferior quality. The swimsuit also is too big around the bottom half. I emailed, and it bounced back six times. I am requesting a full refund, including the cost of shipping this item back to the company. Based on this experience, I would not purchase from Sea Fancy again, and I would caution others to be very careful about their own purchases, considering the communication is very difficult post-purchase. I do not usually review publicly, preferring to give a company the chance to do the right thing. However, in this case, I have tried to communicate, and it has not worked.

Wrong size sent with cut off tags

First of all, there was a lot of confusion when I emailed about my places order and one of my items I ordered I wasn’t able to receive. One of the items that was sent to me was completely wrong size. And both were missing tags which were clearly cut off. That made it look like the items were not new. Ended up returning both items which was a lot of back and forth emailing as well. At least they seemed friendly.

Incorrect size chart and terrible customer service

Your sizing chart was incorrect. It said I needed size XL. The swimsuits were huge. When I contacted the company to return them and get the correct size I was told I couldn't speak with a person. I was told I needed to keep the suits and order new ones. I ultimately did order the correct size in each of the 3 suits and had to pay extra since I used a discount code on the first order. I will not use your company again and have told many friends of my experience. I doubt they will order from you either.

Out of stock items should never be charged

I ordered 2 baithing suits. The next day I received an email stating they were both out of stock. Instead of refunding my money they sent and email suggesting I change my order. Only when I read the complete email do I find out I needed to respond to the email asking for a refund. Which I have not received yet.

Nice variety!

The suits are really nice, and they have a lot of variety. I wish they had better support in the bust other than their useless flat pads (I had to invest in some self adhesive gel inserts that worked very well), and I wish their return process was easier -- many steps to convincing them I wanted to return some, and going thru the process of returning, paying to return, and following up

The checkout page took too long to…

The checkout page took too long to work. It’s been 5 days I placed an order and still no update. With this pace if I don’t get my package delivered by Dec 4th, even after paying $11 for shipping, please cancel my order as I won’t get it before my trip.

Poor quality products

I wish I had read these comments before I placed my order. I left my review on their website (the product page) but it never shows. They have filtered the negative comments. No wonder their most recent 5-start review was from 2020 - a bit creepy and dishonest.

I ordered a set of takini top and boy shorts. They arrived with unfinished stiching. Very disappointing.

The swimsuit looks amazing and feels great to wear-stylish, comfortable, and perfect for swimming. The only thing that could make it even better is the option to mix and match size for the top and bottom. Overall, it's a great purchase that I'd recommend!

Kudos to the amazing service! Before purchasing, they patiently answered all my questions about the bikini. After I placed my order, they sent me email updates with order confirmation and shipping details. The package arrived in about 8 days, super efficient!

The swimsuit is decent

The swimsuit is decent, but it didn't fully meet my expectations. The design is nice, and the material feels okay, but the fit was a bit off for my body type. The straps aren't as adjustable as I had hoped, and the tummy control isn't as supportive as advertised. It's not bad, but I probably wouldn't choose this one again.

This swimsuit is awesome

This swimsuit is awesome! The quality is surprisingly good for the price, and it really accommodates my body type. It's hard to find something that fits well and looks good, but this one does both. Plus I love that the shorts have pocketa! It's a great bonus if you are like me and want to wear it for a run afterward. Only downside is that the bottoms ride up a bit in the water, but overall, I'm super happy with it!

Never received order and never received…

Never received order and never received and email to say that it was even dispatched or on it's way.

Order number #1730832621-892686-213

Also when I try to track the order on the website. I fill in the order number or my email address and the page just reloads it doesn't take me to a tracking page to actually track my order.

I have also emailed their service email as well to find out about my order and to get a refund due to it never arriving.
