All goes well unless you’re flagged for additional account cerification

At no point during account creation or them taking your money do they mention their extremely invasive ‘additional verification’. Supposedly this to prevent fraudulent activity or I had the luck of the draw of being ‘randomly selected’ for this.

They ask for a passport. And then want you to to write specific details and take a selfie with these details and your passport. Any editing of your personal information means you won’t pass. But do they tell you this up front? No. Do they offer alternative verification? No. Do they tell you why you’ve been flagged for fraudulent activity? No.

No information for you. But they want all your information.

After 90 minutes of going back and forth, I finally asked for a refund. Was told my amount was refunded. Was this indicated in my account? No. Did they send an email stating a refund had been issued? No. Did anything come through the payment method (PayPal) about a refund? No.

Quick to take your money. But not wanting to give you your money back.

I waited for verification. Nothing came.

Asked the stupid chat person. Was told it could take a few days!

For the first time EVER (in 25 years of having a PayPal account), I did a PayPal chargeback.

Lo’ and behold. Within one minute of submitting the chargeback and I get an email from SEAGM stating my account has been suspended. And I find I can no longer log in.

So, it is advised to take screenshots of your account and transactions should you have an issue. Because instead of acting maturely, like a (legitimate) business should, they retaliate.

Again, quick to take and slow to respond. Clearly they did not actually issue a payment with PayPal because the notification that a chargeback had been issued and their subsequent retaliation was nearly instantaneous.

Anyway. 0/0 stars if I could give it. Would not recommend.

They’re immature scammers, so buyer beware.

Favourite giftcards/ online currency merchandiser

I have been using this website for my game giftcard purchases as welll as retail store giftcard purchases and I haven't run into any problems.

They're also very wary of sudden suspicious transactions which is great as it protects you and others. Their verification system is detailed and it ensures that they properly verify the purchaser's identity before proceeding.

I just got scammed by this company from…

I just got scammed by this company from Malaysia. Search on google for a Viettel card. purchase one value 30.000đ Viettel card. Purchase at 08 January 2026 but in the Show Card they sent me a serial code and PIN code Expire Date 2025-12-31.

I tried to 3/5 time on my phone to topup the code and it said:
Ma so the cao khong hop le hoac da duoc su dung, Quy khach vui long kiem tra lai. Luu y: Thue bao da nap the sai 3 lan lien tiep va se bi khoa khi nap the sai 5 lan lien tiep. Tran trong.

It mean the card already used by someone else or the code is invalid.
Well done. thank you so much for scammed me 30.000đ for a website that look really legit but used for scam.
