Paid £1825 for the worst holiday ever at El Fonzo/Fonto villa Pollensa Mallorca in August 2018 with Sealand Villas.
The villa was extremely shabby - fridge looked like it had been kicked in, lots of mould and rust in the bathroom, no h-fi system as advertised in the brochure, broken bedside lamp with no lampshade - just a broken bulb, filthy sun loungers, washing machine door was hanging off and stank of rotten eggs, chest of drawers in the bedroom were falling apart, kitchen sink was chipped and grubby looking. Attempts were made to rectify some of these problems but this resulted in many intrusions into our privacy over the course of the week by a handyman, cleaners and the local rep (way more than the usual cleaners/pool maintenance you'd expect on holiday). We were hoping for a relaxing and quiet week away but were disappointed at every turn.

The customer service offered by Sealand Villas is very poor. I have never in my life experienced such poor accommodation & customer service for such a large sum of money. I saved up all year to afford this joke of a holiday.

Great holiday and brilliant service from start to finish. Would definately recommend and use again.

Great villa - lives up to pictures!!! Clean on arrival, and cleaners come twice a week to change towels and do a small clean. Top class service all round!!! Only points of constructive feedback are knit picking stuff - e.g. bluetooth not working to play music remotely / wirelessly. I managed to live with this!

This company make sure the villas are in tip top condition I have rented twice now and both villas were amazing and the service from Sealand really good. I have given them four stars as there were a few hidden costs. Insurance for instance island tax....

Correspondence was good however a little erratic at times with limited explanation of what was required. Otherwise good!!

On the Upside, when the Villa that we had booked was Flooded - Sealand Villas made every effort to accommodate us in an alternative place.

Good communication and good price. Much cheaper than Tots Travel!

Had some issues with WiFi (none for half our stay) and the villa. These were attended to but they did affect the enjoyment of the villa. The lack of any follow up or concern from Sealand was disappointing

Sealand Villas were brilliant - helpful and efficient. The villa was perfect. Set in a quiet and secluded location yet within easy reach of everything. We had a fabulous time.

Villas are a good standard in good locations. Availability of good support from local office less so

Very polite & responsive advisers at the office in the UK & Majorca. Known Sealand for years.

Need to improve on their resort office staff when you might have a problem no matter how big or small. Otherwise excellent service when booking in the UK

Excellent villa, very clean and well stocked. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.
Staff efficient and friendly.

Eco tax was not mentioned at time of booking and was added as compulsory extra near the time of travel. Wish it was on the booking invoice as it may of swayed us to use another company with a more competitive price.

All the arrangements went very well. The villa, which on the web-site was very impressive, was as good as we hoped.
Office staff very efficient and friendly.
The non-refundable breakage charge was a little strange

Had a lovely week staying at Villa Peyro! The villa is beautiful just like the online pictures. All I can say is Sealand Villas thank you!

Villa was just the ticket for our family holiday.

Very poor pool maintenance! Had to make a phone call the second week of our holiday as the water was beginning to appear very dirty.
Seating in the villa inadequate for the party size and not terribly well equipped in the kitchen. Actually went out and purchased more drinking glasses which is a bit much considering the amount paid in rental.
Not sure if I would use Sealand again though when we reported the pool problem they did send some to deal with promptly.
