I’ve used SL Villas for a number of years now and my only problem with leaving a review is that you reading might beat me to my next Villa! I’ve always had a good experience dealing with the team, my last villa stay we had a couple of breakages and I was still refunded my full deposit without hassell. Car hire collection has always been a smooth process and I would recommend a stay in one of their Villas.
Considering the numerous complaints we had with Sealand, following our stay at Villa Forti 57 12-19 May this year, to which I didn’t even get an verbal or written apology from you, let alone any form of recompense, I am surprised you even have the cheek to email me to ask for a review. This was to be our first multigenerational family holiday together, so an important time.
The villa was filthy upon arrival, no excuse for this, we had to purchase additional cleaning products for our stay, no toilet rolls supplied in welcome pack, safe did not lock properly, no baking trays in the oven so had to buy some to use, wifi did not work for half the stay, outdoor/pool areas not cleaned or swept any time, bread in welcome pack mouldy, taxi transfer did not turn up on departure so we had to sort it ourselves.
Your customer service is appalling, as a travel agent myself I have now de-racked your brochures & I won’t recommend your product to clients or friends after my awful experience. I wouldn’t give you a 1 star. I’m not surprised other customers on trustpilot say ‘disappointed’ … ‘terrible holiday’ … ‘customer service poor’ - as a company you really do need to - listen to your customers, apologise when things go wrong, do something to sort it out, not argue it out for months on end like you did with me.

We have booked same villa through Sealand 3 years in a row. The accommodation and resort are lovely. Unfortunately this year there was a problem with the "free car" (potentially because it was a repeat booking). This caused a lot of upset on our arrival at the airport (although the gentleman from the car hire company and the lady that answered the contact number for Sealand were incredibly helpful and apologetic).
We did not consider that Sealand (resort and/or sales team) dealt with this appropriately and as such we will not use Sealand again.
Pollenca In Resort support very poor. Numerous issues reported and hardly any response / resolution. Took over a week to activate the pool fountain, that was just a flick of a switch. Complained by letter upon return to the UK via their “Comaplaints Procedure” with absolutely no response. We have been stopping in the Pollenca nearly 20 years with numerous Villa providers. Sealand Villas and are by far the worst we have experienced. I doubt we will using them again !! Willing to discuss further if Sealand care to contact us.
We have been using Sealand Villas for a long time. I recommend them to everyone I know. They say their expensive but what you get is quality. A beautiful villa in a beautiful part of Majorca. If you like hotels where everything is done for you then a villa is not for you, on the other hand if you like total relaxation, seclusion and freedom then it's a villa. Our long term friends and I really look forward to a stay in one of Sealand Villas villas whenever we can. Oh, and their service is very good too.
Lovely property and holiday but issues with leaking in the roof which were unresolved and didn't feel that we had any feed back from Sealand Villas when returning after placing a complaint form to their office in Majorca.Would make us think twice about using them again
Polenca Villa was not as we expected from viewing the photographs in the brochure. There were too many issues to write about. We were offered alternative accommodation after complaining but this was not acceptable due to location and we moved elsewhere at our own expense. No other compensation given. Would not recommend!

Wonderful client service, superb advice and recommendations. It has been a pleasure to have Sealand villas take care of us before during and after our excursions to Mallorca a truly tip top company.
Oliver’s Travels gave us the wrong PIN number to gain entry to the villa. Upon arrival we were stuck outside the villa 11.45pm with two toddlers and my elderly parents (70yrs+) in the pitch black with no way of getting into the villa and nowhere to stay. Oh and being midnight on a Saturday night, no one to contact who could help us. Hung out to dry...
Had to drive to the nearest hotel and book ourselves into the nearest hotel - either that or sleep in the car!
When we gained entry to the villa 2 days later the central heating only worked intermittently - engineer had to visit 3 times to fix it each time.
Judge for yourselves why I’ve only given 1 star.....
We have used Sealand Villas now for several holiday bookings and have always had great customer service and a wonderful villa vacation.
2018 was first year I have used Sealand Villas.
I would highly recommend this company. You get through to a person, a very nice lady answered all our questions. No trouble getting through either. Villa was even better that we expected, and we thought it would be lovely. It was fabulous. We will use Sealand Villas for our next holiday. Car pick up at airport is easy too and drop off.
Everything about our villa holiday was very plain sailing from the booking to our stay at the villa, the villa was spotlessly clean and very spacious. We would definitely recommend booking a Sealand villa to our friends and family.

Spent over £4000 on a villa near Pollença this August/September only to find simple mentainance wasn’t provided. 8 lights in the villa didn’t work upon arrival and after emailing the resort office they got in touch with the owner (who also had a terrible attitude) who gave me a bag of various lightbulbs of which I had to change myself. That unfortunately was the tip of the iceberg. The pool was filthy, and when I say filthy there was a floating oil slick on the surface and a black insect ridden slime a few millimetres thick around the pool. After complaining it was cleaned on day 10 of our 14 day holiday. We was then told we wouldn’t receive any goodwill or be compensated in anyway as the problems were sorted whilst we was on holiday. We only used the pool 3 times as we were fearful of illness/ear infections. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.!!!

The difference between an OK service and a great one is how they handle things when they go wrong. Sealand Villas failed us with their very poor customer service. I had to chase and chase and chase. I have booked before but not again.
