Placed an order for Sea Moss gold Jars on Feb 9 (Order no.23011). Still nothing received, sent 3 emails chasing my delivery.
I’ve used the company many times in the past and had just recently placed an order without problems. Really disappointed that you treat valued customers this way, some of us relying on the product believing in the health benefits.
Would have ordered elsewhere , just not knowing if jars would eventually turn up or not just not on .
Not returning emails , totally unacceptable.

I purchased four jars of sea moss on February 2, 2025, and was informed that shipping would take three days. It’s unacceptable that the delivery is taking this long, especially since both the company and I are based in London.
On February 10, 2025, I sent an email to inquire about my order number ( 22980 ), but I have yet to receive a response. Today, I attempted to call three times; the phone rang normally, but then went to voicemail, indicating that no one was available to take my call.
This situation raises serious concerns. I expect a prompt resolution and communication regarding my order. If I do not hear back soon, I will have to consider other actions, as this feels increasingly like a scam.

Time to try a different brand
I have been using Sea Moss for many months now and have felt the benefits however, I have noticed on my last couple of orders the expiry date only gives me around 10 days instead of the 21 days which is not good enough when I am ordering the large jars. I've also noticed that something has changed in this product and not for the good, it has a strange taste to it and it used to be tasteless, but no longer is! Unfortunately as this has happened on more than one occasion, I have decided to give another brand a try instead.

I made a 6kg of gold sea moss order for France almost 1 month ago, and Never received my order.
I sent 3 mails and they never replied.
One advice : RUN AWAY !

Took longer than expected to arrive
Took longer than expected to arrive. I received an email saying it would be delivered on the 5th then it wasn't (It was delivered a day late on the 6th). This isn't necessarily a problem with Sea Moss UK, but specifically DHL. The product itself is good and arrived intact.

This was my first time ordering from them, and I was delighted when my purchase came, it is hard to find raw sea moss at a reasonable price and they are at a price I am willing to pay for the amount I got which will last a good couple of months. I only suggest is to put a thank you card with instructions in each order.

Been a regular customer from moss gems since June 2023, never had a problem until now! I'm so utterly disappointed and devastated as I loved their products. The company seemed to be helpful and cared for their customers, but now everything has changed! I have been contacting them for days, to no response. I was a loyal customer and I am so upset that I have been left hanging. With no information about my order, that has been standing for 10 days! I ordered on 25/08, its now 05/09, they only offer first class delivery, 1-2 business days, when actually you don't receive anything at all. Such a shame.

Order not delivered to door
Order not delivered to door, was apparently left by the courier on a window ledge in the common parts of my block of flats. Shared with 14 other flats. So it was clearly stolen due to not being delivered where the courier claimed it was, in the ‘front porch’ according to the photo proudly provided by seamoss uk customer services when I queried my missing order. I wrote back to them, provided evidence the box was left in the common parts hallway where anyone can take it and no reply! Now you may say, what does this have to do with an order from Sea Moss UK as it was a delivery issue? Well common sense and good customer relations would warrant a sensible reply as they are the ones who chose the courier, not me, and their chosen delivery provider FAILED, and lied about the implied security of their actions. I won’t be buying from seamoss uk again as they’re sloppy and untrustworthy.
