Very poor customer service!!!
I had emailed them in July to cancel my subscription but have gotten no response. I sent them messages on Instagram but also got no response.
Weeks later, I had to resort to commenting on their posts on IG and FB in the hopes that I would get somewhere. Then I received a bottle of seamoss gummies which I did not want, in the post. Next day, I found that they have blocked me.
This is how they treat their customers. This is the kind of company they are. Very bad taste, even worse than the taste of their seamoss gummies.
