I bought a washing machine recently online and I had to contact the Rathkeale store about urgent delivery. They could not been more helpful. They told me how to get the extra free warranty. A great delivery man.

I ordered a dehumidifier online and it was very fast shipped, very good wrapped against any damage on delivery and the communication was very friendly and transparent. And the price was better than at the very large competitor with the A and the false smile ;)

Went to mallow store saturday evening to buy a fridge freezer microwave toaster kettle left the shop with nothing 4 young people standing behind the counter with 0 customers in the store i was only a inconvenience to them that i wanted to buy something could not tell me if it was in stock or not in the mallow store so i said id buy the display model he said i couldent sell me that as he would be given out to i left the store with nothing ill take my business somewhere else

Bought a fridge Freezer this morning from the the most helpful girl called Grace - she was brilliant - so helpful And made sure my fridge freezer would be delivered today as I needed it urgently ! Grace deserves 10/10 - outstanding girl!! 👏👏.

The only complaint I have and hate complaining was it was a girl on her own who came to deliver - no man with her . She was again a brilliant girl but this was an American size Fridge Freezer and the old one was really heavy. It was very unfair on her to try and lift new fridge freezer off van and take away the old one! I had paid for 2 men to deliver as it was American Style Fridge freezer. Luckily there was a strong Ukrainian lady here with me who helped her.
Even for Health and Safety that American Style Fridge Freezer too dangerous for a young girl. Again she was very helpful and didn’t complain.
Grace and Delivery girl were outstanding but one girl shouldn’t be trying to lift that weight.
Again maybe it was the fact that I needed fridge/freezer urgently and they delivered just to be helpful and get job done.

The customer service which we received from Emma, Grace and their colleague was first class. They were pleasant, polite and efficient. In short they provided exceptional customer service.

Fantastic prices online, super fast delivery, well packaged and safe. I'm going to be shopping with them again online!

I ordered a radio. The price was good. I received the radio in a reasonable amount of time. The radio works properly. Everything was good.

Ordered an Apple Watch and was wondering where it was so I contacted a friend in Sean Hennessy’s in mallow and she was an absolute gem she managed to update me on my order and gave me an estimate on when I’ll have it, love you Sian 🫶🏻

Great customer service in Rathkeale, Kelly went above and beyond to help me with my dryer. Very friendly and efficient. Will definitely be coming back!

I called in desperation for a new washing machine not having one for weeks, pricing much cheaper than larger appliance stores and Nicole was able to rearrange delivery driver (despite being short staffed) so I would have the machine the same morning. Then gave me all the details on how to avail of the 2yr warranty and explained what to do if I ran into issues... Call them, not the manufacturer. Couldn't have done more for me. Made my week. This place does care!

The staff were extremely helpful and I got my appliance delivered to my door the same day.

Credit were credit is due Nicole and Laura in the shannon store are so helpful and friendly visit this store regularly and always have a smile and can’t do enough for you it’s about time some friendly inviting staff worked there don’t get me started on the manager always rude and not one bit friendly, retail isn’t for everyone . Fair play nicole and Laura for keeping the show on the road with smiling faces.

I’m not one for writing reviews but I feel it needs to be said, visited Sean hennessy shannon last Tuesday, was greeted by 3 members of staff . I needed to buy a washing machine so as a regular customer I knew it was the manager of the store came out and assisted me I found her very rude and condescending as per. It was like she didn’t want to spend the time to show me the machines . The store was getting busy and I understand completely but just felt like I was being rushed out the door with Willy nilly answers. The “manager” walked away from me while I looked and the way she was speaking to her staff was again rude and abrupt. I left the store quiet annoyed myself as I was hoping to shop local. Returned to the shannon store again on Saturday with my husband but was served by a young blonde haired girl who was more than happy to answer my questions and was more than happy to answer any of my questions and even brought me up to the computer to show me other options I had. It’s now very obvious to me why the store has a massive turn around in staff as if the manager talks to the like I witnessed I wouldn’t return to either. I’d be giving 1 star only that it was saved by Lauren’s customer service.

I hope that this is seen by head staff and addressed because as I get working in retail is stressful iv done so all my working years but regular customers shouldn’t be made feel as they are bothering staff when they had just asked if they need help .

Holly was brilliant . After a complete and utter fiasco because of fast ways negligence I was missing a product. Holly done everything she could for me and sorted everything out and was in constant communication with me updating me . Brilliant customer service

produt arrived on time and in perfect condition great value well packaged great communication from website would highly recommend this company

For the record, I do not "rate" Sean Hennessy at all but am forced by this system to give them one star - they do not deserve even a one star rating.

Please do not hand over one cent of your hard earned money to Sean Hennessy. They over commit, under deliver and quite frankly lie to cover up their incompetence.

So much for wanting to keep our local traders in business by giving them our custom - is it any wonder we are forced into the city to make our purchases!

Ordered today, shipped tomorrow recieved a day later.
I needed to call them as my order was using Humm, but it went smooth and they had the best price out there.

I visited my local Sean Hennessys` to buy a large appliance, I had confirmed the price of €329 the previous day with the manager and also by their website.
When I asked to purchase one the young sales assistant asked for €349 and persisted with this despite my efforts to persuade her that she was wrong.. She did not refer to the manager or the computer to verify the correct price.
After some time with this, it was apparent that it was, for her, €349, take it or leave it. I left the shop, but not before she was overheard referring to me as a "chancer". Never in my 70 yrs have I been subject to this kind of contempt and insolence from any shop staff.
I will certainly not frequent this shop in the future even though my previous experiences were ok.
