Tbh I have to agree with previous bad reviews if their screening is anything to go by. I can agree with those who have given negative reviews over pay. There is lack of attention to correspondence. They do not seem to be able to access the nmc register like every other company can. Either locate you with your LEGAL name or with your pin.

It used to be quite ok. Now all of sudden they claimed that they send payslip, but the the money they sent me was completely different!!!
It took huge amount of communication with the payroll to found out that the Search just instructed them to send me one payslip, but different amount of money, because they think that they overpaid me in June (months ago)!!!
Anyone from Search has ever contacted me on that matter - ever!!!
That is disgrace!!!

To be honest had a complete nightmare getting paid. After being assured my money would be in on Friday, as it should have been... it wasn't, anyway LONG story short after approx 10 calls back and forth between Search and a payroll company, who I cannot fault at all money did go in 5pm on Monday, and that's only because I went through Search Head Office instead of my local Search office again...

I had a great experience with search Consultancy, Kirsty Brooke been amazing through out the whole process from begin to End , Goes above and beyond for clients she Gets a 5 star definitely.
Kirsty has been fabulous. Communication is quick, friendly and professional. An absolute pleasure dealing with Kirsty!
I just wanted to drop you a quick note to express my sincere gratitude for helping me land the job, Kirsty. Your expertise and support made all the difference, and I'm thrilled about this opportunity. You're amazing at what you do!
A massive thank you to Kirsty who has been so helpful from day one until now! Always available for a call for whatever help is required and a very generous individual!
Was contacted about a job I applied for and then received a very rude email basically threatening not to put my name forward for said job since I have been busy . Life happens lady . Unexpected stuff happens. You don’t threaten people whose qualifications you intend to make a commission off of. Very distasteful behavior.
I have worked for Search for the past 2 months and I’ve had problems getting paid every single week!.
The payroll department for this company needs improving big time.
Paid in advance for two temporary members of staff (General Labpurers) for a two week period due to an increase in work load, a total of 78 hours.
First week we had one lad turn up for 7.5 hours, 2nd week we had two lads turn up on the Monday, back to one lad the rest of the week. Into
the third week and we’ve had no one again this week.
No sense of urgency in the fact we have a program of work to complete and have paid them upfront to provide labourers. A total waste of time and money!
Very unhappy with this company. Recruit lasted 5 days but I am expected to pay full fee. Please do not use Search!
I have asked for complaints proceedure.
We have agreed to paying the 25%, of the fee but am expected to pay 100% and wait for a refund.
I have tried to resolve in offering the 25% but they have treatened us wihth legal action.
We will not use again and highly recommend others dont use them at all.
This was my first time working for an agency. Barry Chapman was very helpful all the time and he is super professional. I really recommend the Search agency.
A brilliant agency to work with. Never got any issues with them and no problem when getting paid. Professional service and constant update on the job. Really helpful with everything, all thanks to Barry Chapman.
Not had the best experience with these guys in Leeds. Have contacted and spoken to at least two of the recruiters about roles I suited and they said they would put me forward for but after the initial conversation I havent heard back from them. Gives you false hopes and has put me off applying for any roles through them altogether.
They are unreliable and have poor customer service and communication skills have been registered with then for over a year not once have they contacted about finding work despite sag they will find me work within a Month so say they help people find work they do a poor job as it's customer who alway have to chase them and they get commission for doing sod all eg there was a job they advertised which was 10 minutes walk and they said was 30 mile away from
