Viva street fraud site Stilling my money!!! Fraud this website! I can't advertising this site gangster site! Never use!!! Very by careful guys!!

False adverstising. Im better off with my original supplier. Honestly what a let down.

Allows countless scammer adverts, who want bank transfer deposits,and who have 40 adverts in different parts of UK selling same item. How can someone be in 40 places at the same time? And want bank transfer deposit, reported to vivastreet and nothing is done,adverts still up, I suppose as long as they are getting £££££ fees, they don't care.

I used this platform for over 8 years and my account was fully verified, i used same ad as usual and once i tried to change my first picture, my account has been blocked.
I called them and one indian girl calked Natasha was so rude and treated me like i steal something from them or i did something illegal when the truth is them taking the money for the ad and never refund the money back.
She told me i will never use theirs platform again as i will be blocked straight away!
I asked her why and she said because of terms and conditions. I asked her which ones and she didn't know to tell them to me!
I was treated and spoken so bad !
I have another friends using viva and same thing happened to them in last weeks...i asked to speak with a manager but they don't give you this option and hang-up on you.
They getting rich by stealing our money with T&C rules which even costumer services don't know which ones are.
They are scammers and racist!!!
It should be a legal complaint about as they stealing money from us and they should be punished by law or to take the platform down forever.
Avoid paying new ads in this poor platform with poor costumer service.
We should get a new platform to be no1 in uk who's not racist or stealing us!
They don't deserve to operate for services!
After 8 years paying for this platform I'm so disappointed!
I will stick with AW from now on as they give better services and costumer services are really helpful !

They closed my account after taking payment, then said my payment was non refundable, I then called my bank and got a back charge, money back in my account.

There needs to be a stricter verification processes with legal ID, there are too many fake accounts and men making out they are couples when they are not.
The customer service is slow and hard work to get a response. I had may account blocked due to breaking the T&Cs, I do not know what I have done wrong, when I asked customer services they would not tell me so I still don't know and will not unblock my account. Only uploading pictures of myself nothing to be breaking any laws.
I was enjoying using the platform but this has left me frustrated and disappointed.

I would give it 0 stars as this company became a Big rip-off last week in Belfast I lost nearly £80 without any real explanation and not right to get a refund as They estate its terms and conditions all the time just to delete your advertising and never refund. I wish UK law track this company down and stop them from advertising adult services, They claim to be classified but they make money in the sex industry mostly. Genuine escorts end up getting pissed with this company but you can see from the pictures that most are fake and look underage, But they don't care as Those women make them very rich.

£12.99 for no guarantee. If you’re looking to waste your money every week on a 7 day ad then this site does it perfectly. Full of time wasters, rude men, hagglers and rude punters. The site should allow 3 day ads, cheaper featured section and better filtering. Men can change their number and stay anonymous each time.

Despite bringing chronic advertising deception of clients offering Adult escort services to their attention, nothing seems to have been done to vet or place audit controls in place. Allowing those using the service and obtaining a provider and allowing them to leave feedback might be a 1st step- yes that can be faked but not all of them, and eventually the feedback will be credible. Photos of beautiful young nubile ladies are often cut and paste, the actual lady only similarity is they are female. Advertised services eg “French Kissing” is charged and closed oyster shell delivered. Attire is often tawdry, and the experience in my opinion dreadful. I hate to think what the “Escort” is going through - hell I imagine.

I had a advertising budget with VS, but now ive stopped it.
Now your unable to modify your ad once its live, so cannot alter txt or photos, They constantly remove perfectly good photos on ur ad, but always when its time for you to pay. And lastly they have stopped using email, they use a chatbot instead and it takes 24hrs to get a reply, They now ask you to WRITE to them, I dont know who owns this site but they have completely ruined it, I wont be paying to use their site again ever

Mostly fake profiles with fake photos, now they started a concept of one time finish for 30 mins which hardly takes 2-3 mins and they’ll make you rush. So every time ask them to show by video call to confirm their pics are real, if they don’t then their pics are fake. Always ask that u want for full one hour paid service. Don’t agree to one time finish because you end up paying 2-3 mins 100 -150 pounds . Be careful. I hope with this information you will be able to justify ur paid amount for full service. Don’t agree don’t go for one time finish. I also want vivastreet to take an action against one time finish because they’re cheating customers charging 100-150 pounds for 2-3 mins service.

Very bad as criminal history and we reported so many fake adverts to them and on pimps in Scotland but no action was taken as they did not seem to care, very corrupt fakebsite and very disturbing
