What a wonderful scam.
Viva street - they litteraly let you create an account , promote the add .. after you pay it they wipe your account and no refunds.
Lost alot of money because of them.
Already made several reports to the police and my bank so I can recover my money.
Avoid them as they are scammers.
Hope you die asap.

Got barred today for saying I'm only after white people in the personal ads says it goes against there rules viva used to be good years ago now its rubbish keep deleting your ads cause you havent said enough in your ad keep verifying your phone number it's a joke avoid

The people who work in there it’s a scammer. They are making fake accounts and do scams and if you wanna put salmon many times there, not allow you don’t want money from themselves. You pay for a new outfit disappear. Never use this scam website because the workers are scammers.

I tried to post an ad and everytime I submit it it says it wasn't approved all I did was post my profile pic and it keeps telling me it goes against there rules ÿet women can post naked pictures of themselves and the algorithms work fine all if a sudden

In July 2023, I posted a clothing advert which was published no problem,

A few weeks later I posted a job advert but without the company number - the advert was accepted and went to "processing" - 10 seconds later I was immediately logged out and was unable to log back in (Forgot Password did nothing)

I had since found out by them that I had in fact been banned for "not providing a company number" - This was my first ever job advert and I had no previous post declines nor any warnings from them - just a straight up ban!,

Whilst not providing a company number was silly on my part I certainly didn't need to be banned over it!, A warning or an ad-declined email would've sufficed!

It's become apparent that unless you're an escort and are wasting money on this hopeless website then they simply don't care about you!.

placed an ad about room rent, but it has been blocked, while 5 other places let it through, contacted support, and took 2h to get any meaningful response, they advised me to remove a few phrases from the description, did it, and submitted, but got my account blocked.

initially, they said the 'phrase LGBTQ+ friendly household' is the reason why it is declined.

I think their 'filters' are homophobic if this is a reason to decline.

even if you run the description through chat GPT it says it looks okay, Grammarly says it is okay

but of course, they don't mind suggesting and putting up ads about escorts. (this is the first line that comes up about them in google)

Don't be shy to walk out if they don't look like the photo or better yet do what I did and pretend to be going to a different house all together

So I've been using vivastreet for a year now and I haven't really had a major problem avoid agency girls use independent girls . I choose an agency once I went there and a guy opened the door , a bit embarrassing lady was waiting in room then she was arguing with the man u felt uncomfortable service I received was pretty rubbish .would not recommend agency all other girls i had where independent a few where not the same as their profile picture beware but overall some nice girls

Vivastreet is completely transphobic to the trans community as when i put an advert in to looking for a relationship. vivastreet instatly asummed that i was a trans escort when in fact i am not. this site need shutting down.

Vivastreet automatically deleted my ads for no reason. I can’t see any wrong with my ads.

Don't try to advertise with this company, as you will see in other reviews, your advert Will be taken down even though there's nothing wrong with it and you completely within the guidelines problem is they used to have a moderator they then found out that a bot could be installed instead they use in the bot and that bot has certain parameters whatever you write you will break? those parameters they will ask you to modify the ad I actually modified it and only put the word high in it so they brought it down the reason for bringing it down is it didn't have enough sentences words they don't tell you how many that you have to have they just take it down I tried again still brought it down I asked him to give me my money back they said you're added on it is good but now it's got gone off again and will keep going off until somebody help me this rate decides do you have a human moderator the staff answering the phone cannot make a decision themselves they always put you on hold by their contact advertising advertising, blamed it on you and they pass the message onto you absolutely hopeless

Day of scams and baiting people. Wouldn’t use or trust

They want to pull and arm and a leg for a site what it broken in all the ways.
a horrible experience to advertise on vivastreet!
Phone verification does not work 40+ on the helpdesk are no excemptions. and dare to make an advertise in the weekend it will go wrong and you can go in line with all the other poor people who been so dumb to make the advertise during the weekend.
Says email is 24/7 but to verify you number (never bloody works) you need to call and phone service is not running on the week total rubbish.
They dissable the advertise with trigger words such a breast, body, etc. total noncence nowhere is the list with trigger words so have fun finding that out.
After all when you get to the costumer service to verify your number they want to know what phone you use what browser and if you connect to wifi or use mobile internet, that litterarly has nothing but absolutely nothing to do with receiving my verification link over SMS. Seriously guys?
Also some places you cannot find by typing it in the searchbar and you will only visible if someone typs in the postcode of your area and not the city name, thats where you pay 80+ a week for.
On the positive note, They spend all that money to keep on top of the search listings on google instead fixing the problems they have as a company.

I pay for ads for the service I need / provide , they are constantly taking my ad down without letting me know, I’m basically paying for a service that doesn’t get me any service, I’ve been using it for four years and honestly about to leave to take my business else where. You ring them up and ask why haven’t they told you about deactivation or for what reason, they don’t give you a reason just “read the rules” call centre so unhelpful, sometimes the ad is half way through and they refuse to refund you, becoming a massive waste of money for me

This company are no more to be trusted than North Korea with nuclear missiles. Quick to take money for advertising then due to something or a word which displeases them the advert never appears and the money never refunded. Never an explanation just generic A.I.
