Hired Ravi July 2025 for our business . At first it seems good communication from them but after 6 months of not seeing process still ranking in 15/16 . We set a meeting up with Ravi and he cancel 30 mins before our meeting saying he had to go to a funeral. Had to set up another meeting with him two days later where he told its my website's fault on why he is not able to rank us up. I told him our previous SEO got us to #4 in 6 months. He made no comment to that. He explained he would like us to use word press to rank up faster. If they knew they couldn't handle our website then why not bring it up months ago. They just took my money and said they emailed us in October about the problem , when he showed us the email it only stated that he was not able to adjust header tags. You're telling me because of header tags I'm still ranking that low, no other SEO work was done to make us rank up? Would not recommend .
