Very professional. Simon called after his survey on same day and explained issues found with advice. Comprehensive report sent the next day via email. Very pleased.

Very efficient and timely...received the results of my very in-depth, comprehensive survey the same day. The surveyor, Simon Dowse was a pleasure to deal with and happily and patiently explained any queries I had.

We commissioned Searchlight Surveyers for a level2 house survey. Simon was prompt, professional and extremely helpful. The survey was very thorough and clear . We would thoroughly recommend.

Simon is a very nice person, very approachable, informative, dilegent and respectful of your home. He visited in the afternoon and had the report completed in good time. I left him to get on with his viewing and he was very thorough, even as far as asking questions on things happening outside the home, e.g. roadworks.

Great communication at all stages and a prompt phone call following the survey to highlight any areas of concern. Thorough and easy to understand report the following day with pictures to identify areas described in the survey. Really positive experience and Simon was extremely helpful at all stages of the process.

Simon was great, really friendly and helpful and did a thorough job for us! When asked if something else could be added to our report he didn’t hesitate and completed the work in a fast and competent way

It was useful to talk to Simon beforehand about our specific concerns regarding the property. He reassured us that he would look at these in detail, which he did.
Clear photographs were taken of areas that were not visible to us on our viewing, eg the roof. He pointed out issues that needed further investigation before exchange of contracts. Simon was happy to discuss these issues with us after we received his report .

Simon was excellent from first contact. Very clear and helpful about exactly what would happen before, during and after the survey. He produced a fully comprehensive easy to understand report. Was easy to get in touch with, very responsive and competitively priced.

The only improvement I can suggest is a follow up hard copy of the report.
