Simon did a level 3 buildings survey for us recently on a house we are purchasing. Prior to this Simon answered our questions promptly and in-depth. The survey itself was very thorough and i received a call from Simon straight after his visit with an overview of the main findings and the actions he would advise us to take. We then received the full report the day after which was easy to understand and made everything clear in terms of the required actions. My husband called Simon again the next day to go over some of the points and Simon was happy to assist. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Simon.

Simon is straightforward, to the point and honest. He gives very good advice and very thorough. Not the cheapest out there but you get the service you pay for with extra support. This is the second time we have used his services and if you want a job doing correctly he is your man. I would recommend him to anybody.

I hired Simon to complete a Level 2 Survey for a house I planned to purchase back in June 2022. He was very professional and took the time to explain to me the various terms relating to the house report.

I was very happy with the original report and felt comfortable in my understanding of the contents of the survey. When the original house purchase fell through, I hired Simon again for another survey for the second house I purchased and received the same great service for my second report.
