Wish I hadn't written a good review as moved in with all sorts of problems, mainly damp. Simon came and said more.or less it was a.coincidence that damp appeared.withinin literally 2 weeks of.moving in. I had really bad.mould very quickly and have had to spend a small fortune sorting it all out . Save your money and don't bother as I wish I hadn't. Very expensive mistake

I cannot recommend Searchlight Surveyors highly enough. They offered a very competitive price (and I got over 10 quotes) and the service was excellent. You can really trust that you’re not being ripped off (not easy in the housing market) and each step of the process we were given detailed information, clearly explained and we received a phone call that evening from the surveyor just to check in before the report. As a first time buyer I was nervous about the process and moving forward I would recommend to all house purchasers and would use them for every future house purchase.
