Sears Home Warranty by Cinch Beware!

The worst company ever! Still trying to get a $500 dollar refund! After spending $1400+ in 11 months with no service calls they said my washer was abused, it was not! I got my washer fixed by Avi Repair within 1 week for $300. Do not use this Company. Hiding behind the Sears name when it is another Company called Cinch!

Things have changed at Sears

Well of itself is not doing much right these days since they’ve downsized or whatever it is they did I’m not really pleased with them. However, my technician Brian, he has been servicing me for well over 30 years. He is the best there is nothing that bad I could say about him. He’s the top whatever he does is perfectas for itself as a corporation and I am very disappointed. I’m with them over 30 years I would say, and I haven’t been treated this crappy in a long time.
