The Tech had to order parts for the dishwasher but came back & fixed it. My LG Refrigerator is still not fixed. Techs have been here 7 times, replaced all parts (some twice) but still doesn't cool.... See more

Brently was efficient, knowledgeable and great to work with. The original technician unfortunately diagnosed the issue incorrectly but Brently knew exactly our issue, ordered the correct parts and we had the problem fixed in less than a week.

I use to recommend this company. Always had great service in the past. But this was over 10 years ago. This recent time they keep cancelling rescheduling our appointment. I am still waiting for them to finish fixing our refrigerator. I have tried to call but you can not reach a human. It is always an AI agent. This is ridiculous. Think carefully before doing business here.

EDIT: Their reply to me at the end of this review is completely BOGUS. It was written by a bot, and they told me to call the AI auto response number for more of the same. Ridiculous! There is not a live person in the whole operation. BUYER BEWARE!!! I stand by my original rating of ZERO STARS.
If I could give them zero stars, believe me they've earned it. I was scheduled for a refrigerator repair today between 12-5. All day they kept telling me he was coming and running behind. They said expect him between 7:36pm and 9:36pm which I found surprising, but I haven't had a fridge for a week so, okay. The stupid virtual assistant kept saying he was still coming. This went on until 10pm. No compensation, no moving to the head of the line the next day, nothing. They're greedy and they're dishonest. Greedy for booking 11 appointments in 8 hours, and dishonest for lying and saying he was coming for 10 straight hours. Oh, and there is not a live person in the entire operation. You'd be better off finding someone else. ANYONE else. I have no idea how they're staying in business with such awful customer service. I'm not joking when I say there's no live person. You either text a virtual assistant or talk to one on the phone. 0/5 stars. I really hate this place.

Kevin listened to my comments about how a previous repairman installed an incorrect part. He told me he could remove the ice maker from my freezer to give me more space if I wasn’t going to use it. He said I could have it reinstall later if I wanted to.

Tony went above and beyond to get my washer fixed. He went out of his way and had the repairs made long before the scheduled appointment.

Technician said it was fixed. He replaced a fuse. Was running when he left. 15 minutes later it stopped working again. He said he was putting a note that parts for this unit were no longer available. He put ‘needs parts no longer available’ in the computer. He also stated that there was no mechanical problem, service was required due to customer misuse. That’s simply not true. I’ve been using this A/C unit for 12 years the same way and NEVER had a ‘customer misuse’ issue. More likely the problem is that the unit is 39 years old! I am completely upset with the service from Sears currently. I have been a customer for 45 years and never had problems like this.

I paid a diagnostic fee to a previous technician, prior to calling Sears. When I called Sears, I was told, and I received an email that said, I would not have to pay a diagnostic fee. The technician said I owed a diagnostic fee. I of course paid it, mainly because the techncian was great and diagnosed my problem. However, I did questioned the validity of the diagnoses since my refrigerated was not repaired. Also, in the email I received from Sears, it said, if I decide not to repair the refrigerator then the Diagnoses is all I owe, but if I decide to repair the appliance, which I told the technician I wanted to do. He then told me, I would have to get the part and repair it myself. So, I paid, the $139.00 plus taxes, for $148.75, no part order, and no part included in the diagnostic fee as I was told and according to email. I looked up the part, and the cost is $80.00 plus tax, plus shipping. I feel like I was misled, especially when my unit is still under warranty...

The technician was extremely knowledgeable about the appliance he was working on. He diagnosed the problem and thoroughly explained what we could do to prevent future problems.

**UPDATED on Thursday, July 16 at 12:19 PM: I had an appointment scheduled for Monday, July 13 from 8-5 and Sears texted me at 5:26 on Monday telling me that they had to reschedule. The earliest I could get is for today, Thursday July 16. Just received a text at 12:01 telling me that the appointment had to be rescheduled yet again. The earliest future appointment is Fri., July 24. Completely unacceptable, and there is absolutely no way to talk with anyone at Sears. Everything is AI. I am begging the local office where the technicians come from to call me. You have already responded to my Google review. Please call me on the number that starts with 561-504 or 561-213. Thank you.
**UPDATED on Monday, July 13 at 8:50 AM.: the owner responded on Google and another review website that he is sorry about the situation and to call Sears at the 1-800 number. The 1-800 number, as well as all other Sears home services numbers, do not allow you to speak with any live representative. Owner, please look up his file and call him. His last name is Lubeck. His phone number starts 561-213 or 561-504. You were there last Thursday and Friday, July 9 and 10th. You are also scheduled again for today. The leak is obvious and coming from the back left of the air handler. The videos show that and also water in the attic on top of the second floor ceiling and also the dripping. Please do not send Wilner. I am writing this for my father-in-law since he isn't tech savvy. Sears home service, specifically Wilner M., came to his house on Thursday, July 9 because of a leak from the air handler in his attic. Wilner came over, blew out the system, and said everything was fine. Soon after he left, the water started dripping again. Wilner M. then came back on Friday, July 10 and again said there was nothing wrong. Attached are videos I just took today, Saturday, July 11. Clearly still leaking. Wilner either does not know what he is doing or does not care, but either way, Sears should review this. Unfortunately, to post a review, you have to give at least one star for the review, but the technician does not deserve even 1 star.
Absolutely horrible experience. I have had to take multiple days off for their appointments and they never show up. They have no one to talk to only AI and don’t offer any customer service. They just keep kicking the can down the road never actually providing service. They finally came and said they ordered a part. Then the appointment nightmares continued. Every time they would schedule an appointment to come install the part they would reschedule the day of when their technician was supposed to have already arrived. They never actually provide any service and they don’t let you talk to anyone except an AI robot which will not help you in any away. If you want actual service, choose someone else.

Unprofessional and bad attitude. I do not recommend. Was sent by my home warranty. The technician seemed to have an issue with me asking how the service was going. He told me to just let him finish his job.
