I always book through seascanner as I find they have the best prices available. I have needed to contact them a few times recently with regard to changing a booking and a price match and I have to say Mitch was absolutely amazing, I really couldn’t fault him, he was so helpful and really responsive and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him - thank you very much Mitch, it’s five stars from me!

Best prices online by far for any cruise. Customer service could have been more efficient when the second half of my double barrelled surname had been missed off the booking. Made me jump through hoops a little to get it changed without charge but apart from that. Super happy & will definitely be using going forwards.

My first time booking with sea scanner.
The online process was very easy however due to me booking 2 cabins I had to contact sea scanner on the phone. And I was so glad I did.
I spoke with Mitch who was so professional he gave advise with a personal touch included.
As we spoke I asked more questions and he was so unfazed and was very happy to help.
Everything I asked for was easily sorted and I look forward to booking my next cruise with sea scanner.

I have always booked my cruises through Seascanner and have consistently found their prices to be very competitive. The regular offers and deals make the savings even better, which is a huge plus for frequent travellers like me.
While they don’t have a dedicated phone line, their online chat support is effective and responsive enough to resolve issues quickly. During my most recent booking, I was unable to complete the reservation on the website owing to a glitch. But the issue was swiftly handled through the online chat.

Seascanner gave the best price and they gave the P&O reference almost straightaway, so I could upload passport details for the check-in. They were way below the price from a specialist solo agent, so the value was exceptional. I did have an issue about applying Carnival shareholder credits, but Seascanner have helped me put it right, and I commend the help from Jeanette from their customer service team. I saved a lot and want to look for another trip!

Website kept glitching when booking cruise, booking went through without the drinks package added despite me selecting that. Advised by cruise company MSc that they would be happy for seascanner to refare my booking and then add the drinks package however seas scanners response is tough luck! Would never book again at least the other companies have some level of customer care
