first time using this site Seascanner. Very easy to book with and also gave me the best price.
A week later I decided if I could do to room move or upgrade, so I contacted their customer service. I found this to be excellent, very quick at answering my emails and I booked a room upgrade straight away. The customer service operator was Naomi. Excellent..

Waiting over 6 weeks for a refund, lied to, told different things. Now told 8 weeks. Pathetic company - avoid at all costs!!
Now had an email addressed to the wrong person trying to excuse their actions and had another email from a manager who cannot count.
Plus I am still receiving marketing emails daily after asking several times to be unsubcribed!

After having a problem onboard with a promotion we didn’t receive I had great service from Aimee and her team who got this resolved for me , it took many emails and attempts by them but they persevered for me and always kept me in the loop when the cruise line were totally unprofessional and refused to help me.
I’d also like to say the service I received with pre cruise queries were dealt with very swiftly and I would definitely book with Seascanners again .

I booked our first cruise for myself and husband a couple of months ago which was due to go in July. A couple of weeks back I found out I am pregnant. Given we were going to Greece/Turkey etc the heat while several months pregnant would have ruined me. I contacted Seascanner to see about cancelling, I was dealing with Naomi who was so helpful. I sent off all my details and MSC agreed to cancel our cruise free of charge. I am absolutely delighted with the service I received, Naomi was fantastic. I will without a doubt use Seascanner and MSC in the future.

Naomi of Seacanner Surport Team did a excellent job by finding out all the details I needed to know for a cruise in January 27 with a fly cruise with MSC and emailed all the information so I can follow when I book the cruise.

Wanted to book a Mediterranean cruise. Naomi was terrific and sent me the link to check all the details were correct etc, before going to the payment step. The link wouldn't open despite several attempts and frustration so she emailed me the link but lo and behold it still wouldn't work. I was getting to the end of my tether. However Naomi persevered and in the end I got the cruise booked and due to the delay was able to receive and use the sign up to the newsletter discount which was £50.00 rather than the Payday £40.00 discount. Yes I know it's only £10.00 more but it's better than £10.00 less. Thankyou Seascanners. Costa Favolosa here we come
