Company doesn't offer free returns
I haven't seen any other ecommerce company for a long time in Europe that doesn't offer free returns, and more over makes returns so complicated! Never buy from here, better order from Zalando or any other marketplace

Awesome swimsuit but hard return
The swimsuit is awesome but you have to be absolutely sure of what size and which swimsuit you want cause the place is in the Netherlands so very expensive to return.

Product was abysmal
Product was abysmal. While it’s cool the colour changes with temperature, the large size is incredibly small. I would have needed an xxL to even fit. On top of that the fabric is stiff and scratchy while also being very weak. Just trying to squeeze into the sweater caused the fabric near the stitching to tear. I contacted the Sea’sons for either a return or replacement but they wouldn’t provide return shipping.
Shipment took weeks to arrive
Shipment took weeks to arrive. Never could get a straight answer from customer service if they would even bother to respond to my emails. Finally received the color changing sweat shirts and one fell apart the first time I washed it. Contacted customer service again….told me I could send it back. I asked if they would pay the shipping and I still have no response. This is over a week later.

Lack of communication or responses to messages
I placed an order back in June. I was unhappy with how the suits fit for both myself and my boyfriend. I paid a lot of money to have it returned and it was just delivered back to me with no explanation. And still haven’t had a reimbursement. No one will answer my emails or my direct messages on Instagram.
No order-no money refund
I orderes 3 pieces of clothes 23.6.2022 and I still haven´t got my order or my money back. First I was asked to wait 3 weeks after already waiting 2 weeks, then I didn´t get an answer to my money refund- email. Recently they offered me different product but I didn´t want anything else and again asked my money back- no answer. This whole process has taken soon 9 weeks and I haven´t got my 99 euros back or the products I ordered and also no answer.
Update: now I got money refund and email from them. It took 9 weeks and lot of waiting and non- answered emails but I got my money back.
UK customs declaration liberties
Be warned if you live in the UK. Any promo order won’t be applied to customs declarations. My order had a 3rd item “free” but I had to pay duty and VAT on entry to UK. Also, sea’sons take liberty with the value of the order on the customs declaration with mine being for MORE than the items value before the “free” item was deducted. Shambles. And all they say is they are “correct”.

Nice pants but they came way to late. I ordered them for my vacation under the 3-5 business days option. Came after 2 weeks or something like that so i didn't get them in time and had to buy another pair.
Worst experience ever!
I ordered 2 shorts. 1 came in false size. I sent both products back right away. 2 month later I still do not have the refund, although they promise me to take care of it. I now think it’s a fraud and handed the case over to my lawyer. And btw, the quality of the products is terrible.
