I did not receive my order and I’ve payed for fast track. After many e-mails they called me that my order will arrive on my vacation place and then it did not happened

bought swim shorts. first sent the small size, I contacted the seller, I was told to send them back and they will send a replacement. I paid for the shipment almost half the cost of this product. the goods came to them, they sent me a larger size. the item did not match the description. their website states that the product changes color upon contact with water. the first product that they replaced was exactly that, but the second was without this property. I do not recommend

I was amazed by the commercial and sceptic whether the real sweater would be the same. I chose blue. After a few days it arrived at my door. It was a small thin package and never believed it could contain a sweater hoodie! But. I opened it and was so surprised. The fabric is high quality. It is exactly how they said it would be. The sweater reacts to warm and cold very rapidly. When you step into the sun the sweater turns white. When it is colder it turns blue. Amazing. Even the stains that form on warmer and colder spots is so nice. If you want a super present for yourself or someone you like.. this is it! Warm, cosy, trendy, special! I am a satisfied customer!

Firstly, the shorts are superb. I purchased cherry/blue and they're very enjoyable to look at. My shorts are the best out of everyone on this beach 😁 no design or sewing can beat colour changing, especially when it's a blend of both colours in different areas - creating wavy patterns of their own.

Secondly, when I got confused with my return/replacement (ordered a size too small) the customer service was incredibly helpful, fast, and friendly.

That was not without complications at first. I placed my order, and somehow the post failed to inform me the parcel had arrived, so it had been sent back. I wrote a rather harsh letter to the company, I admit. The company rep answered with utmost politeness and optimism, and promised to resend my order.
Second time I was vigilant :) and everything went smoothly. I finally got my swimming shorts AND a nice baseball cap as a token of friendship.
I am absolutely in love with my new goodies!
As for fhe Sea’sons… well, they got one more loyal customer in me.

My order arrived in time and the swim short functioned properly, changing colors as advertised. Unfortunately, leaving it out to dry in the sun, destroyed the shorts after only 2-3 uses! People at Sea'Sons responded propmptly to my messages and provided advice on how to restore it. As the color did not recover, they offered a new swim short, without me even asking for a refund! Great professionality and after-sale service indeed. Take care not to leave the swimsuits dry in the sun however. An instructions card shipped with the shorts would protect future clients from the same frustration!
