Magic touch to his vacation!
First there was a little misunderstanding about the colour change (I even thought we received the wrong colour of shorts.. 🙈) but once we arrived at our sunny and very hot destination it all became clear. Eventually little sunny was very happy with and proud of his new pair of swimming shorts. Other kids were a bit jealous or they drew something on it with an icecube. 😉 Thank you Sea’sons!! 💕

Incredible service!
Ordered a swimshort & a T-shirt. Tried them on a few weeks later only to find out that they were actually too small. Immediately contacted Sea'Sons and it was no problem at all to exchange them both for a size bigger, even though the exchange time limit had expired. Everything was settled just a few days later! Very happy customer!

Very slow response time
It took weeks in order to answer my request for a change in sizing, since the item i received was small. Finally, when they replied, they were out of stock of the requested item. The person contacted was very friendly and willing to assist my request.Very slow service :(

Positive: Fast answers from the Customer Service on my E-Mails. I have been contacted directly after I have left my review here & they really worked hard to find out what’s wrong or how they can improve the process.
Negative: I have waited more than 4 weeks for getting back my refund although I have asked for it several times.
