I ordered one of the sun hats and it is a lovely looking hat. The brim is very wide which means it will protect my head and shoulder. Although, the hat is a little bit big but I have kept it.

Poor service
Poor service. Bought a swimsuit in recent sale.
Chased purchase when not delivered. Told no longer available (although it let me purchase?,)
Looked on website, costume was available but back at full price.
I complained and called them out for lying. Told to choose any other swimsuit. Came back from a mini break, chose a new swimsuit to be told too late as refund processed.
Emailed back to say no time to choose new costume before refund. No reply
Not an honourable company.

My order was cancelled without any communication why. I then e mailed them to be told the item was out of stock. I pointed out it was showing as available to order, and still is two weeks later! A shambles.

Didn't arrive initially but they did respond and ensure it reached me. Unfortunately it was too big. Seemed to be good quality, so that was a shame. They don't do replacement you have to return and re-order. The refund came through quickly.

Returned swimsuit on 14:01:25 within return window & it was delivered to Seaspray on 16:01:25 (tracked). Still no refund 03:02:25. No answer to email sent 28:01:25. Very poor & won’t use again.
Update: Contacted by email 4th & 5th Feb. Apology made & refund issued.

Returns process unreliable
Previously gave excellent review for a swimsuit quality can’t say the same regarding the returns process for a kaftan. I returned a kaftan the day after it was delivered to me . Two weeks later I am still waiting a refund and I am still not at all confident I am ever going to receive a refund. Shocking! Not happy at all.

Shocking customer service
I ordered several swimsuits in the sale. A couple of weeks later part of my order was cancelled. Then after another week the remainder of my order was cancelled ! I was told the items were out of stock but some of them are currently showing as available on the website. Three weeks of my time was wasted leaving it now too late to obtain a swimsuit for my holiday. Customer service was shocking and very unhelpful. If I could leave a zero rating I would.
