I ordered one of the sun hats and it is a lovely looking hat. The brim is very wide which means it will protect my head and shoulder. Although, the hat is a little bit big but I have kept it.

Several Emails requesting “ authorisation code” not replied to. Telephone numbers hard to get and then not contactable. Then “ free” delivery disappears as there is a charge for returns- not made clear at point of purchase. ATM I am stuck with an item I don’t want and have no means of returning

Wonderful experience, Monadi Ahmad was an absolute gem in my hour of need. After much searching at different stores I Found a great swim suit, it arrived with a small flaw and I wanted a replacement with only 2 days before my flight, Monadi responded quickly and with empathy, sending me a replacement immediately. Absolute diamond. I was so moved and relieved with the response it is so refreshing to get such an understanding and kind response to an enquiry and not, as I have experienced with previous companies, getting lost within a system that has no room for anomalies.
