worst customer service, and no tickets
I purchased tickets in NOVEMBER 2025 and did not receive them 24-48 hours before the event in APRIL like the website said i would. I called several times and was put on hold every time so i gave up. then using the chat they finally let me know an HOUR before the concert that the seller didn't have my tickets and they could give me a refund. i'm still talking to the chat to make sure i'll actually get a refund. worst service every and i didn't get my tickets.
